I know this is old, but to say a "market doesn't exist" might mean you're not looking at the right place and have yet to identify you're true audience. I think the problem is a lot of people are looking at it wrong, they only see tricking. They dont see the martial arts side of it and how Adrenaline is kind of "the" place to go to if your kid wants to learn "cool" bo spins and flips in a structured format. You have to look beyond the exterior, this promotes their martial art school in a day where most struggle to stay a float. Yes I think they're kind of annoying, but I cant hate on them for trying to do something that no one else seems to care to do. Could they do things better that would make things more profitable, of course they could. I'll never really understand why so many people are so "anti mainstream". It happens in music, art, and even in our politics. So much hate over people trying to make a living, doing something they enjoy and that has been a huge part of their life. It's very easy to criticize without putting yourself out there. I know you and others have done a lot for the community back in the day, but where did everyone go? Most of the OGs left the tricking scene and dont even post videos anymore, so what do you expect to happen to a community without leaders? False idols will have room to grow especially if there is no go to structure or history laid out. There are plenty of products that can be marketed towards trickers just like every other sport has. Gymnastics manages to do just fine even though you dont need any gear. Team sports share gear/ball. Broke people buy $120 Jordans all the time. If you haven't, you might benefit from reading up on marketing or business. As creatives, we tend to focus too much on the craft itself and the process which blinds us how to actually live off our art. We watch on the side lines as peers who we think suck, blow by us, make the most money, get featured and have the most influence while we hate from our day jobs. People need to realize that you don't need to market to EVERYONE, just need to find those who are willing to pay enough for you to make profit. That's how most business are able to keep their store fronts open without being bust all day. Your comment that you could make a living filming tricking if you wanted, but don't think it's "right" is confusing. Would you say the same thing about photography in general? Can you name a single industry that pays the person/athlete they are photographing outside of professional photoshoots and product placement? As a cinematographer/photographer, you are valued for your eye at capturing moments and putting stories together. Often times you are giving value to the person in a high quality capture of something they'd have to pay hundred to thousands of dollars to get on their own. Artistic shots of tricking are way better than their blurry un edited, cell phone, gym session footage. I guess my point is, offer something else if you don't like the options out there. You say you have "ideas" but have you created something to that scale that would prove your theory? Even if things did go south, so what? No matter how much a scene "sells out", it doesn't stop you from doing it the way you enjoy. Gotta adapt to the era we're in
I like the edit and the music! Did you by any chance use screen capture for the footage? it looks very choppy/low framrate. I've tried using screen capture and that is the issue I get.

Listened to the whole episode. Awesome job on the 1st one! I hope you guys do many more of these! I have some feedback for you if you don't mind listening:: Right from the start you guys hit the ground running. I would say spend more time introducing yourself, who Sessh is and what this show will be about. If I was a general outside listener stumbling upon this I would have no idea what this video entails until I start connecting the dots. I personally try my best to always assume it will be someone's first time listening so a bit of depth on introductions does help. The tone of the show is dependent on you if you want it to be more information + opinion based or a lively discussion on the state of things. There was a clear contrast between you and Sessh energy levels but then again you just came back from the east coast and may experience some sort of lag during the time of the recording. No fault of your own but something to think about. But I loved the depth of discussion you guys got into. From the issues of Adrenaline's paywall to the "good ol days". I'm excited for the next one when you can have Hans on here. Sessh is a great 1st guest or co-host if he can commit to have here! I would love to do an episode with you guys one of these days!
