So if you are a direct hire, what other benefits could be there other than the hourly pay and also are they paid monthly or weekly or totally at the discretion?
Sir, I have watched most of your videos regarding your life in Montgomery county, MD. Because of it, we went to the area you are living and decided to move near congressional tower this summer. Hope, magkakita tayo dyan. Also, do you or your wife speak bisaya? It’s good to talk to you guys soon using our own language 👌🏼 Much love and respect, DC RN
Hello Sir! I'm planning to move to MD next year, and i would like to reach out to you to ask some questions. I hope you can make time to reply 🙏 thanks
@@NurseGringo thanks for the response Sir! Are you still working in Rockville, MD? I am planning to move there next year and apply at Adventist Medical Center. What can you advice Sir? or you opinion/suggestions. Thanks po
sorry for super late reply. been busy. yes, Still working there as a variable part-time, I'm doing travel nursing now. Good hospital. specially the people. diverse staff. nice people to work with. but busy.😁
Parang e consider lang nila preferred state mo.
@@NurseGringo okay po sir, noted. btw sa medpro po ba sila na rin mag-sponsor para sa nclex and ielts? magkano po nagastos niyo in total po from processing for nclex hanggang sa ma approve po visa niyo? 😅
Medpro mag ssponsor po. in my case nag nclex po muna ako and ielts bago nag apply sa kanila then nirefund lang nila po. 100k almost but not 1 time payment
Max out your 401k or 403b to avoid paying too much taxes. If your employer matches your contribution, then you get free money for your future. After you max out 401k, then open a Roth IRA. Goodluck.
I know you said you have left medpro in one of your other videos, but please i would like to know the states in the US that they cover? I mean, states or hospital they usually send their nurses to?
Thanks, this video usually I posted on my FB to encourage young Filipino nurses. But, yeah I left medpro. Actually, medpro's clients are all over the states. Just mention to them the state you want to be. They will consider finding you a job there.
Thank you. I have a family of 4, including my husband. I want a state with low cost of living and with career progression for ICU nurse, please which state will you advise I go for? Also, after passing NCLEX, how long does it take to get the visa to the US?
@@mohammedsimbiat9245 in terms of the cost of living, they say Texas is a good place to live for that, but I don't know much about Texas. But since I am here right now in Maryland, the east coast side of the country, in my opinion, North Carolina is one of the states that offer a low cost of living. You can research also by knowing the basic expenses like the apartment and groceries. For the process timeline after nclex, depends on which country are you from and based on the visa bulletin. You can read about the information from the USCIS.COM.
I always comment under filipinos RU-vid videos to speak English because some of their followers are not filipinos. Also I order to grow their channel, communicating in English can play a big part
Tnx sir All of US nurses r vlogging all about money paycheck and Buyout BS and Im fed up of their content, tnx for sharing this easy to digest nursing Stuff 👍👍👍
