My attic layout is H0 1/87 scale based in Germany black forest area , size is 4.4m x 0.8 for the station run off and the main layout is 3.8m x 3.3m I collect models from Fleischmann,Trix,Marklin,Roco,Faller,Vollmer,Wiking,Herpa,Jagerdndorfer,Electrotren. The system is fully dcc & most locos have sound.The layout is shaped like a big number nine with the terminus branching off the oval, it has three main lines & two stations with many storage areas including a 26 exit Fleischmann turntable. Automation is now been installed via train controller gold. I started this layout from models I got from my friend who died in 2009 he started his dream layout in his attic but never finished it so I finished his dream layout in my attic I think he would be happy to see his models running on this layout if he was still alive, no one wanted the dcc sound fleischmann trains so I bought them from his brother at a good price & would never sell them. I did model G.w.r & B.r in the past many years ago.
Interesting radio I see you brush off the dust cap, diaphragm, and suspension but not address the voice coil, spider, and magnet. Sorry I'm so anil I'm just an old engineer and I think I know that you did look at them when you did the cleaning originally and didn't see a reason to mention it in this video seeing how thorough you have been in the past. The road trip and music at the start were terrific. Did they open the ticket office just for you? The pictures taken by the wife revealed who the real kid on the trip was, nice hat, lol. The Pickering covered station was very interesting. I would have loved seeing the locomotive on the turn table at the turn of you train trip. What surprised me was the wide-open scenic spaces that look to be farmland and reminiscent of here in the US. Many thanks glad you enjoyed the video, The U.K has 1000s of special places and many hidden away places. The Yorkshire country side moorland is very barron with sheep wondering where ever they want to in the most part of this area, lots of Heather growing too which looks stunning.👍🏻
Thanks. Need to investigate further. Looks as cheap as chips, but when something similar put in a model locomotive suddenly becomes around a hundred notes dearer.

@@hovermotion I would love to have a working crane, but I haven’t quite made it to that skill level. I’m also modeling Z scale. Those tiny details make life pretty interesting.
@@TheReignharder it's not good for dictate items best using the smaller Festool drill, The electronic clutch is not as good as the old style mechanical clutch.
I know of one of the cranes here in the states still working the rails to this day, but it is converted to diesel and looks its age. I also like these crane cars and have a few different manufacturers. I like the older shop you bought the crane set in I almost want to go and see if I can buy a wand. The figures and deer are perfect, and I thought everyone had a hobby vice, lol. Great video, Jersey Bill
Thanks for watching, Intesting to hear of the old crane still working in the States, I have quite a few cranes in the collection now, I've always been fascinated by any type of crane.. I do have a vice but its not as compact and easy to clamp on a desk ,the new little one I got is much easier to use and clamp. 👍🏻
It's a stunning shop Dave, They also have a huge second hand division but no second hand items in the main shop. I was working in Warrington on a building where they have a test center for the second hand items , I was working on their office door and got chatting to the staff (X Hattons staff) really nice guys and a very well organised company is TMC.

It was an impressive little shop. Particularly liked the green railcar. I've got a thing for them!. I'm trying to find a way of justifying buying the trix observation railcar ( stunning model) and putting it on my steelworks. Not sure it was designed for pulling torps though😂

Hi. How can I activate the smoke system in DCC?. I bought a used one that is clean but the smoke fan does not work, everything in clean inside the smoke unit.
Hi, this is a seriously cool model railway vehicle, the Uk manufacturers would never produce one unfortunately because their a very complicated model, maybe Bachmann could have a word with Viessmann about motorising their new 12ton P&T crane that’s due out at the end of the month, European manufacturers have been making models like these for many years.
I've got a DC version, Amazon had a massively discounted batch a few years ago. Really amazing runner, probably one of my best! The Mehano G2000 is also a good one, although its made in China rather then Slovenia.
Cool...yeah I can run this loco at speed step 1 across any complex junctions without stalling which is very impressive for a loco without power backup.
