I create reviews for both new and old Lego sets. I plan on showcasing MOC (My Own Creation) Lego sets in a style similar to how Lego releases their official kits. My channel primarily focuses on Star Wars and sets related to the Castle theme. Occasionally, I branch out from these themes or create commentary videos.
Lego is a product that many people grew up with, children are still growing up with today, and people of all ages are opening up to it. My mission is to evoke that nostalgic feeling we all experience when we build, play, and admire a Lego set. If you've never built a Lego set, you're missing out on that wonderful sensation.
Nope there isn't treaty between the Black falcon Knight and Lion Knights,. New Lego set from Bricklink 910029 has the Lion Knights king locked up. Only time will tell if fans want to continue the lore with BDP sets.
One thing I miss here is the huge battle pack this theme featured and it’s not an unimportant set either. Lego today certainly makes good looking huge sets but it’s modern castle landscape is far too empty a lot of the time because it lacks smaller sets that, perhaps most importantly, are not set in stone. Imo it’s also pretty crazy that licensed Harry Potter got a true modular experience prior to Castle and also fairly sad that Lego only makes these big sets that, while looking great, arguably often are too expensive. I think they should do both. Big sets for a couple hundreds like their icons, featuring nostalgia stuff etc. and regular themes with more affordable prices. Otherwise, most lego sets will eventually all become displays and Lego will loose out on a lot of younger customers. Furthermore, their profits are skyrocketing but I don’t think their brand will do as good in a few decades since they already so heavily rely on nostalgia and people who only buy one big one. Lego can easily pull this one around but they need to be comfy with a bit less profit per set while however arguably a lot more sets could get sold.
All very great points. Modular Lego castle is a cool idea to attract kids and adults and encourage people to buy the whole set but allows cheaper way for easier entry. I think they can definitely pull off playset scale models for their current castle theme. My most recent video attempts to create a playset for the current theme. I plan on creating more playset style sets as well. My hope is to express myself and share my passion for wave of castle play sets
I feel like a castle battle pack may be obsolete with Pick a Brick’s existence. I’d that a battle pack would come with some exclusive pieces if it was a real Lego set.
They are probably my favourite “good” faction! They’re awesome. I love their colours, castle and drawbridge, Minifigz, and a stellar king! RK all the way!
Love what you did there, but I think LEGO should make smaller Battlepacks that are useful in building specific armies. They would need to release smalerl battlepacks with at least 3 knights (a heavy knight with sword, shield, heavy armor and helm, a squire with spear and an archer) and a horse or some other animal and a small assortment of weapons, maybe even a small siege contraction - very small - for each faction (lions, falcons, wolfpack and foresttmen for now) preferably with variations for torsos and leg prints if possible. Then they would need to release the other factions. The price should be at most $10-$15 (they showed they can do that with in house themes) They could even release 3-4 peasant battlepacks and a couple of smaller animals / some fruit and veggies and so on.
Battle pack mocs are great! I did one recently on my channel. They are simple yet very effective for world-building in Lego Castle. LEGO NEEDS TO MAKE CASTLE BATTLE PACKS! It would only give them money, kinda makes me wonder why they haven't jumped on this opportunity yet.
Great moc that would be amazing I wish it was a real set Just going to say I feel like it would improve the wolfpack soldier for him the have a reddish brown cape and the legs to be a darkish brown color but other than that it was great
Wow, I really enjoyed how much appreciation you have for the history of Lego, this video is not worthy of a museum, it’s way better than that. And the final advice you give about collecting in a responsible way was the cherry on the cake. You earned a new sub!
The nice thing about clsssic castle figs is how easy it is to simply print out your own sticker decals of the torsos and put on blank figs. Not only did I do that, I made back decals for them too! Now, I got the same fabric Lego uses on Amazon, and I’m even making my own capes
Before watching going to guess: Black Knight with white dragon plumes, Kingdoms Dragon Knight with gunmetal gray visor, and Forestwoman. Lets see how I did.
I have the two old tournament knights, unfortunately as a kid playing with mums old Lego I didn't take the best care of them and they're very worn and sun damaged
