bro, you're poisoning your family.. you should be using about 1/8th of the amount of softener that you put in. that'd be about teh equivalent of spraying your whole house with flyspray heavily, then clsoing all the windows and sitting in there all day long. softeners are EDCs - they mess with your hormones, causing everything from obesity to cancer to reproductive issues. and theyre very effective - you need like a tablespoon or two full and thats all
AO clearly charging their paying customers for your free machine. All the feedback which is positive are from non paying so called testers. True feedback from paying customers. Someone has to pay for all these machines & testers are afraid to give truthful answers. E.g the silly gimmicky 'add-door' Pause buttons have been on machines for decades. These doors often leak & samsung don't seem to honour the 5 years Parts (& LABOUR) they promise. These machines take hours to wash and dry & reading comments below those who have been encouraged to purchase by this video have regretted it.
Samsung brown goods are poor quality, bought a washing machine less then a year, the front door rubber and ring came off, not covered by there so called 5/10 year warranty. 4 months later same problem, and Samsung wanted another £160. Decided to BIN it and buy a better brand! AVOID buying Samsung washing machines
Hello. Can someone please tell me: is this washing machine/dryer a slim one? If yes, can someone tell me the real depht, please? They say it has 45.6 cm but some people say it's actually more. I cannot find this info anywhere. Also I wonder if the measurments include the door or not, I think maybe that's why some people say it's actually deeper, because they say it's 45.6 without the door. Very bad design, defected door seals, couldn't use after 6 washes only- 2 months after the purchase day cost over £550, customer service in philippine staff take advantages from customers , charge for engineer to fix defects in the machine, I am never going to buy more Samsung products. UK customers right will investigate and close the loopholes exploited by Samsung.!
I've got one of the top of the range washer for 10 months it was really good And now I'm having nothing but problems With drum replacement motor replacement 3 heating duct How's yours going
This is the worst machine ever !! Took 7hrs to wash and dry clothes. People honestly please avoid this and save money. I hope I would have read more reviews before buying not just follow this video..
@@sTARJv hi, it dries very well in my experience,off course its not as powerfull as when you buy a dryer saporate but thats normal. cause its a washingmachine in the first place and a dryer second. fill it for 3/4th at the max to dry and you wont have much problems. it also depends on how big your family is that you have to wash for cause you need to remember you cant wash and dry at the same time. if you have a big family its better to buy it saporate. so that one can wash and one can dry at the same time if you need to wash alot.
@@mimaw69 no it doesnt, therefor there is a cleaning program that i do mostly ones every 3 weeks... unless you wash everyday offcourse. but i wouldnt recommand this machine for large families.
ALL Hotpoint machines have a PAUSE button and you can open door to add items - Samsung are just hyping up a standard feature...also the samsung machine is so chunky it will NOT slide under worktop - so you have it sticking out like out

that flap is so shit. just more crap to keep clean with the seals and all.. read so many miserable reviews on this unit. will never buy! open for some recommendations. please halp!
