That came out great! Amazing what a little paint can do to the overall look. At some point I need to fix some of the imperfections on mine. Love how that DSG pops in the sun
@@loscar5oh Oh I know the feeling. I have a bad one I need to take care of at some point. Need to stop by a body shop and see what it would cost to repaint that area.
Blue is the revision for new valve guides due to the head tick. My Mach 1 has blue. Now you’ll want to see the casting number to see which heads you have ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8LQC8XXBl2Y.htmlsi=PEtjnSi6aHIxyzfs
Those R888R’s worked well on my Eaton Torch Red Cobra. They can tend to fade off traction wise at higher HP levels after a blower swap due to their stiffer sidewalls but they are great for more longevity over DR’s. My Nittos are going to be done by the end of this summer
@Lethal_Venom I agree R888Rs are not the best for traction as I would slide in them on my TR cobra 😅 but then again I was making 650whp. They just look very nice!
@@loscar5oh Definitely one of the nicest tread patterns out there and I’d definitely run them on any Eaton car again. Unfortunately for now I’ve boxed myself into running DR’s which I’m still fighting traction on in 1st 2ed
All of your videos are just jammed with car knowledge... So much appreciated. 🐍❤ Nothing looks better than a fresh set of R888's. Keep on rocking it brother. 🎶 #FitmentMatters
@javysvtcars9915 thanks man! I actually bought it through Aliexpress. I was a little skeptical about it, but they shipped everything I ordered and the floor has been performing good so far. I did an uncles garage as well from the same seller and no complaints
Blue on the cylinder head is the revised heads. most likely previous owner at some point took it in under warranty to get the revised heads to eliminate the head tick. Dont worry though my car has the revised heads and still developed the head tick.
@shnoopydoopy6707 yea I later found out about that. I hope that's not my case. My car Cas 110k miles so I think it would developed the tick by now for sure lol
@@loscar5oh Yeah you should probably be good then. Mine only has 25k miles and i just got it. From what ive read the head cooling mod helps prevent it happen, whereas i thought the head cooling mod only helps prevent the car from blowing up in 5th gear pulls. So thats why i never did it cause i dont do 5th gear pulls anyways.
@@loscar5ohit’s for the 9 thread instead of the 4 thread heads. Revised at a deal probably. It’s a good sign. The head tick would have happened a long time ago if it was going to happen with 110k miles lol
@@SVTJD that's some good info! Would they have replaced both heads or just that driver side head to the 9 thread? When I was replacing my sparkplugs, they felt to have more than just 4 threads 🤔
Looks great, I just ordered all new lights for my Cobra. I even added in some license plate lights cause one of my factory ones works off and on. Your code saved me about $50.
Mach 460 uses speaker level inputs to the amplifier rather than line level which almost every other system uses. There are ways to match different head units to it but it takes some splicing off of the harness to make it sound right.
I always thought you had to pull the axle to install the longer studs. Your video looks like it was a simple swap once you removed the caliper and rotor?.
Hey man I have a completely different question that I can’t find the answer to from anyone. So for the quad exit diffuser can I just purchase a 2018-2022 diffuser and clip it on to my 2016 mustang? That way I can buy the quad tips after?
@treyharvey6449 something doesn't seem right. I'd double check all your wiring but also look into recharging your battery. It may be time to replace it as well
Hey man, I just got this exact same truck. 30k miles and has the STOCK tires on it, which are super lame. I'm looking for new tires in 33 or 34's but want to know what kind of MPG I'll get. What does yours get? Are those tires a P rated (lighter) or LT?
