The only way a partnership ever seems to work, is if it’s 51/49, and you two don’t have overlapping responsibilities. In other words, it’s not really a partnership, it’s just working together.
@@CommissionBreath if your partnership is 50/50, then you can run into all sorts of issues. If they are lazy, become nefarious, or want to make big decisions/changes… then you can’t really stop them. They could also just as easily stop your progress if they wanted/weren’t supportive enough. At least, that’s been my experience. Things can’t truly be *equal* without causing problems. Especially since the two people in the partnership are extremely unlikely to be putting in *equal* effort.

I (Tom) personally don’t do weekly calls as I think it’s a bit much but I know of some successful brokers who swear by it. I like calling when I have a reason to call instead of just a check in. The problem with that is it’s not as systematized. I think a happy medium would be to set up a cadence that you feel is less annoying to them but allows you to stay top of mind. For example doing bi weekly calls. Most of them won’t pick up anyways but they’ll at least see your name on their phone (staying top of mind).
Thanks man! How long do you keep the follow ups with the calls assuming they don’t answer each time lol? I assume you would then just keep them on your Friday follow up emails and drop the calls ?

Album tracks won’t do as well as promoted singles with music videos and radio airplay. Kind of a known fact. And I wouldn’t call their album tracks ‘flops’ because if you go based off album sales they perform extremely well.

Hey Rahim, we have since shut down the course as we felt a lot of the course information was becoming out dated. We pouring all our efforts into the podcast episodes so these should be able to serve you well over time (in fact we have a future episode coming out with Greg Williamson who’s an absolute master with building realtor relationships).
