Absolutely amazing how many "Experts" come to a video they already know everything in the world about. If you idiot commenters already know everything about re-spooling a winch then why are you even here. I tried to find some of the commenters videos so I could see how you "Experts" do it, but you don't seem to have any. So, here's an idea, STFU. Thanks for the video.
Wish I’d found you earlier mate. Had all the symptoms: surging, check dpf, engine light, limp mode and suction over 2000rpm. $680 later the mechanic cleared dpf even swapped out the dpf sensor. Symptoms still there. Watched your vid and found the exact hose is split. I’ll fix it myself this time. Thank you legend
0:21 dude fr pulled up an epik intro (thanks for telling me this mate, my pops had a 2016 mitsubishi pajero sport, i think it was still the built up but im not sure, but thank you mate, god bless you)
Agreed about the towing. There is no way I'd tow more than 2 ton either with a PS. When I tow a heavy 14ft tinny and 750kg unbraked trailer with the PS, it does it beautifully but when I tow a bigger boat on a 1500kg braked trailer, I definitely feel it on the back and whilst it does the job, it feels like it kind of struggles.
Just had this happen. The chain had worked its way so far through one of the bolt holes that it was completely impossible to get it to move back through. I had to take an angle grinder to the chain to get the spare. It is a stupid design.
For anyone trying to remove the brake there's an internal circlip that retains the whole assembly probably 15cm deep in the drum which is an absolute prick to get out. A long seal pick and a screwdriver will get it out but you'll need patience
Just fitted these hoses to my triton, what a bitch of a job 😢 My hose clamps are different to the ones in your video, they are wider and foul against a nut at the throttle body. They also seem a few millimeters short that the original hoses. I will soon know if they hold
This video helped so much when installing my Golebys ZF6 Trans cooler, thank you so much this is definitely the best video out there showcasing how to properly do it.
I’m one to fiddle around until I find where all the bits and bobs are or go. However, I cannot seem to know how to turn my fog light on?!?????? I’ve tried everything. Is there a secret button?🤔😂
So its been 2 years. Do you still have the Pajero sport? If so how are the hoses holding out? I just got a triton with 80,000km and looking at replacing the factory hoses with these as a precaution. TIA
I just spent hours doing this evening with my new set. I never thought the hoses would be a such a nightmare to get on 😅 such tight areas. For those reading, I noticed taking the air filter cover off and unplugging the manifold made so much more room. The battery side was a biatch though.
Compared to the issues Ive read and seen on the MU-X these are nothing, truly manageable. I’ve been on the fence between the Isuzu and the Mitsubishi, trying to make the best decision possible. Thanks for sharing mate.
