To anyone not understanding this, it's not the color change that she's looking for, but the oxidation that occurs to caused the change in color. She's in no way implying that apples are like human skin. She's showing that some brands prevent oxidation better than others, which is the point of topical vitamin c.

For everyone questioning this: Typically, users will drop product onto apple slices and observe changes in the colour and size over the course of a few hours or several days. The less brown and shrivelled the slice is, the more effective the serum is assumed to be
You can get a type of cloth that I can go into like one of those body scrubbers that you put on your hand and you put the bar inside and it ladders up really really well and you can use that on your hair
Hey my family uses bar shampoo that we make with goat milk and using it we normally don’t need conditioner but I normally do. But regardless I normally just do the ends of my hair never going above the tops of my ears and it makes sure that I stay less greasy for langur periods of time. Also sometimes it works better if you rub your hands full of soap like liquid conditioner and the weave it through you hair! Hope this helps you!
First step: throw it out. Not worth it What you do instead! Shampoo only your roots, and condition only your ends. Get conditioners from the store that are for your hair specifications Put masks/ conditioner and every thing else on all at once after shampooing, after rinsing the shampoo out put all that good conditioners and hair masks that are meant to be rinsed out in, and put it in a bun on top of your head. Clip it, and let it stay in your hair for the entire duration of your shower. In the meantime was your face, hands, bum, ears, etc. shave, get yourself squeaky clean. Then when you’re done unleash your hair and throughly rinse it out. Making sure you’re not leaving any of it behind. Your hair has been soaking in it for a minute, so there’s no need to leave a little. It’ll just cause frizz, and extreme weigh down. Get a towel wrap for your head. Apply hair oils, creams, butters, non rinse masks, pomade, etc. (only on the ends. You don’t want grease build up, it congests your scalp. And don’t add so much your hair feels heavy. A dime size amount is all you really need. Wrap it in a towel and leave it to marinate for 30 more minutes while you brush your teeth, get dressed, and other things. Then afterwords release the hair, allow to air dry, and vwallah!!! Your hair looks 10x better Btw, it’s worth it to buy the more pricey stuff. Sometimes they’re extremely good for your hair
Just rub the soap in your hands with lil water till it lathers and foams and then spread it all over your head. I guess that's one way of doing it. The way your rubbing the soap in your hair would take forever😫 I have never used a soap conditioner but I once used a shampoo soap or hair soap so could work the same way. Try it. Hope this helps.
