My age is 75. Yes I will follow it. Thanks. About 4 years back I fell down and my lower Jaws broken into 3 pieces and steel plate was inserted in mouth. After full anesthia for 5 hours I was saved but I lost my balance.

Good for them. I'm 71, have a senior center less than a mile from my apartment, but I will not go there. I can't stand being in groups, and I REALLY can't stand activities like these!

I have copd and as a result was invited to Pulmonary Rehabilitation classes twice a week for 6 weeks. It was extremely good, but we all did our exercises individually whereas with the Move it or Lose it group they all do it together. It looks as though it would be much better to my mind. 😊

I have had my right leg amputated below the knee and now have a prosthetic leg, so I've just got one leg to really work on,🦵🦼🦿

I feel doing this balancing excercise with bare feet will be more better since an added weight like shoes can alter the same.

Yeow! I just tried this. I held the one-leg lift for barely 3 seconds (and that was edgy), made 10 attempts, each leg. How pathetic! But I at least made the atttempt. I'll be 79 in August, and what balance I have has deteriorated. This is now a 7 year-old vid as I type this - but thank you, Julie. Oh, and the chapter stamps are most helpful.

Breathing during these really helps stay balanced. Blow out forceful and tighten abdomen. CHEERS!

Bruh I'm 19 and I have chronic bronchitis, I got mine when I sleep in our attic for long I inhale dust when I was 15, I have chronic bronchitis for almost 4 years, everyday I have trouble in breathing.

‘Dominos Tuesday’ is a great little novel I picked up on Amazon about a group of senior citizens on their last legs who throw caution to the wind and take a dangerous sea voyage on a small craft in the name of “going down swinging.” It’s one of those books that I know I’ll reread one day.

I do this every morning, first thing, while I"m on the deck getting the natural light in my eyes. Then I do a little tai chi with Leia Cohen. This Californian loves Julie's accent :))

Why is it that some days i can balance good on one foot, and the next day or two later, i cant? that goes for eather leg! i also find i have better balance in the morning! what youv shown here is very important, especially for seniours.yOGA practice helps alot!
