@@chopperdesign I have one more question before I dive in. What is the advantage of the pneumatic system vs. an electric deployment system? Obviously there is, because this been around a good while. Thanks
The electrical actuators where very weak back in the day. The pneumatic system is very firm, bhut don't allow leaning as the old system (over 10 years ago) did. Thanks!
Is there a Gen 1 leg ug?? I just bought a system used but it doesn't hold thr bike streight up when the wheels are deployed. so much that i always put the bike in the kik stand cause it feels like it will fall over on the right side. if that is normal, then is there a mod of adjustment i could do? I was hoping to get a Trike experience for the most part cause due to my medical condition i can hold up the bike very well anymore. This video answered many questions i had about it. Thanks ver much.
Cool bike but not even close to original, wrong tanks, dash, rear fender, headlight nacelle, spotlamps, front brake tube, probably whole front end is later ect.., cmon guys do a little research
Bedankt! Lex, Are you above or below the knee.... WE don't suggest our system for folks above the knee. The system holds the bike up very well, but NOT being able to balance the bike if there is a failure is a concern! Please email us with other questions. Thanks!
Hopefully the owner bought the bike at the right price. Not too much actual 1958 stuff left on that machine but your shop did a super nice job on the build.
@@chopperdesign The one I have purchased has an S and S Evo in it. Why he/she did not put a Pan copy, at least in, eludes me. Anyway I am over the Moon with it, well will be when it is delivered.
It is $3,300 until Jan 1, $3,650 after that. Shipping is free and no sales tax. Thanks! Son $3,300 hasta el 1 de enero, $3,650 después de eso. El envío es gratuito y sin impuestos sobre las ventas. ¡Gracias!
I love those two-tone paint schemes that were popular on bikes & cars back in the 50's and 60's & I'm guessing H-D used nitrocellulose lacquer back then.
Thank you for posting this as this system is the answer to my problems. I ain't much of a mechanic so it's gonna be a challenge, but I am not able to ride now so I'll just take my time and do a lotta praying.
I am not sure, but since it had a Suicide Shifter on it (spring loaded clutch and frame mounted shifter) we felt the tank shifter was the best choice. Thanks!
I have had them since 2018 and I am extremely pleased. Glk is reliable and extremely friendly. My friends also have them and there is not a single comment, if a breakdown occurs, which is very rare, the company immediately sends replacement parts. No complaints the product is great.
Hi, i am in Australia where this system is not allowed, however i would be interested in the system that can be utilized manually only. can do ? and price please . Don Davey. Launceston.Tasmania.7249
I sell about 25 systems in Australia each year... The system can be operated completely manually if you like. Dec 2021 price (sale) is $3,250 Plus shipping to Australia... $350-$450. All US funds. Thanks

Just bought and installed the Generation II. I appreciate this instructional video, but perhaps instead of flashing a disclaimer, you could record an updated video? I like the concept and like how it works so far. Very impressed with the quality of the parts- nothing flimsy here! Now on to more practice :-)
This is an awesome story & effort on you guys for putting this product on the market. Myself, as a retired 30yr Air Force Vet is proud to hear about companies doing these blessings for our vets. My wife & I contribute monthly to Wounded Warrior & Tunnel to Tower charities. I am looking into this product or full trike kits to keep me riding my 2017 Vulcan Vaquero, because my knees can not support the bike anymore. Not sure which, mostly because of cost. Ride Safe & God Bless!!
Cool. I brought one of these after passing my test in 89. It’s been my bike ever since. Prob the only one left in London, UK. Unrestored but still a handsome beast to my eyes. Tom
Another expert! If you were riding for 50 years and your choice was help holding up you and your bride from falling over at a light, or a trike, the former is a good choice! Explore that Todd!
My first memory of Harleys as a kid was watching them at a light with the tree of bullets on the back. They would leave and it would sound like a wooden Cris Craft, leaving the dock! LOL!
