I think Marvus would be as nice to Xefros if Xefros just talked to him like a person. Joey talks to Marvus and he is friendly back. He helps her out and keeps his promise that Joey would go around the cars "unmolested". Seriously Marvus only met Joey that day and he went out of his way to keep her safe from the other highbloods. If Xefros treated Marvus the same as Joey and actually talked to him I really doubt he would have told Chahut to keep him as hostage. Because then Marvus would see him as friend like he does Joey.
Joey legit is just like "Y'know what? Fuck you" after a certain point. I think she feels distain for the forces of the universe that keep making her talk to Zebruh
It's official; it's when you're trying to get the pirate costume from Elwurd, and Joey can ask trolls for tips on how to impress her enough to lend it. The DRM-free version of the game is glitched though and won't play all of Zebruh's dialogue.
@@grimm6389 thank you! Maybe becuz I went for Zebruh's ticket in the beginning, he wasnt on the train when I played. Would love to have these conversation with him tho XDD
@@trangtran7674 Yeah, you have to take Chixie's instead. I did the same thing at first, because I had seen a screenshot of him on the train on the Steam page, so I thought, oh, I guess he just...sneaks back on or something? But nope lol
WOW umm Zebruh just describe my sign (cerulean/scorpio) in the most simple way, which they lovee smily face, lol. And that's why I love the triple smiley dickhead Zebruh, Lanque, Marvus 😂😂
But Xefros is a main character, so wouldn't that just be a normal playthrough? Lol There's several other people who've already done Let's Plays for Act 2. The only differences when Xefros leads are the inventory and the Look flavor texts. Is that what you want?
This is just what i was looking for! I played the act twice, once with Zebruh on the train and once to get the secret trial ending. I didn't want to play again just to see Chixie's train dialogue, but here you are, the hero! You even gave us dialogue from if you never talk to her on the platform, which it hadn't even occurred to me to wonder about. :)
No one: Zebruh: So yeah, I totally don't infantilize and mistreat lowbloods, I can't because it's impossible for me to be hemoist if I say I'm an ally. What's that? I can still do things to hurt the whole movement and my fetishistic behavior isn't at all productive, in fact it's reductive? You're just an asshole who can't see how I'm helping. Listen to lowbloods and stop just assuming my behavior is perfect the way it is? Uh, blocked? Some trolls just don't know when to stop being cyberbullies, guess the drones will have to deal with them. :pensive: I appreciate him as a fucking bastard character, but he's such an asshole, lmao.
At 3:35, Xefros whispers to Joey about her being an alien, and then a couple seconds later, Marvus makes it clear he could hear them whispering to each other. Marvus knows Joey is an alien, and still doesn't cull her on sight. In fact (spoilers) he goes out of his way to protect Joey near the end, defending her weak lies in front of the other purplebloods when she tries to fake her way out of killing other trolls, and after calming Joey when she confesses to Marvus about not killing the yellow or teal bloods, he even sends Xefros to deal with Baizli knowing she wouldn't be able to do anything herself. This clown is a real one, that's for sure.
