will a public administrator do anything when he's shown proof of one heir of 4 acting like hes the only heir and wanted to put everything in his name and also he caused one of the properties to be foreclosed on and auctioned off for a small loan and been trying to find where leftover money went

I do have a question I am legal Trustee of my mother's money so all her money is I'm in charge of cuz I am legal Trustee of my mother's estate and everything and yes she was alive when sign the legal documents at her bank and Bank of America has a copy of the trustee which is me her youngest daughter and I have two copies with the state stamp on it
