It's about their life & what their kids & grandchildren will say about them. All the adversity they overcame by walking their own road & not conforming to the norm. The alien maybe is just a way of illustrating being unique, a special individual, I don't believe it's political. But the whole visual thing is at its core just a nod to movies, Men in Black, Cowboys Vs Aliens, Star Wars, Alien because they had those orb/egg things that were glowing & there's a few other that could be in there as well. The alien grabbing the sugar dispenser, I think is related the scene in Men in Black when the Bug arrives & asks for "sugar" "in water" then he wants smore sugar. It's just a fun song. This album is gonna be both Tom & Nova so don't expect any overbearing politics, Nova really doesn't do that & tries to stay out of that arena as far as I have seen. So Tom did a track called "End of the World" with John Rich a country singer. It's an apocalyptic/alien type video and Tom wore rhinestone/cowboy attire. A country rapper named Ryan Upchurch who also used to be good friends with Adam Calhoun was jealous of Adam & Tom's friendship. Upchurch decided to diss Tom and lied saying Tom said on an interview he could do country rap the best. That sound bite does not exist. And then he said that Tom was making fun of country folk,their culture, saying he doesn't have a ranch and lives in California etc. In the end it was exposed that Upchurch was just jealous of Tom & Adam. Anyway after all the Shxt he talked Tom & Nova decided to troll him and turn up the ridiculousness 100 notches.
That one was interesting. So this has another meaning to it. Now we have to dig deeper into this. Every video I have seen from Tom definitely has a meaning to it. Thank you for this explanation.
