while these exercises do work, i thought id take a minute and share with everyone my experience. i used to suffer from terrible stomach pain, and i was led to believe that it was acidic reflux due to a stomach ulcer so i would try and look into every exercise video that was out there to relieve it, alongside taking medication like antacids heck even forcefully throwing up just to relieve some of that pain until I would end up at the ER and get injections. fortunately or unfortunately, it turned out that it was never ulcer at all the severe and sharp abdominal pain was from gallstones. so while these may work for some and provide temporary relief or not work for some at all, i would genuinely advise alongside everything to also get thoroughly checked for gallstones and get the appropriate treatment necessary.
I’m in the US. I would recommend people as severe as I was start with this video. U have helped me so much it’s amazing. I had many problems n chronic pain constantly. I started with Individual videos. They were very painful n I would be very sore after. But I could tell it was helping. I was tense n in pain doing them. Then I started to do only this video every other day sometimes more. It’s been couple weeks just doing this one n I have been painfree first time in many yrs. I also started sleeping without a pillow. It’s been a challenge but I’m sticking to it. I constantly switch back to front n my head. Even though I don’t sleep well I feel more rested. Before I never felt rested. What U teach n how U teach is excellent. Reminding to relax n breath really helps me. Also I love ur jokes. ! Thank you again.

When I have a cramp in my calf I eat a teaspoon of yellow mustard. Relief usually starts immediately, so time stretching is required. Staying hydrated helps prevent muscle cramps.

this video is a lifesaver. i had volleyball practice, swimming, and my bike riding today so my thighs hurt like crazy. this video was great! definitely recommend it
