The extra weight varies from one configuration to another. Most projects can work with the ETS as long as the implementation is done correctly. For a retrofit on your triaxle unit, we would have to discuss a bit more to have an idea of your needs and the scope of the project.
Reminds me in someways of the old roadway trucks that pinned their dolly to the single axle truck making it a tandem. Jiffy lock i believe was the name.
Hi, our location in Stony Plain was an installation center. We closed it last year but we still have a sales representative for Alberta. You can contact us at info@simardsuspensions.com. Thank you
This would be about what I've been asking for to be done to my 2015 lonestar except 8x8 with 1 or 2 rear stear drive axles and the forward axle/axles a solid drive and a single front steer. Dramis had contacted me but havent heard back in a while. I look forward to getting a quote dialed in. Regards NPIAK@OUTLOOK.COM
The truck had initially 3 axles, one at the front and 2 rear drive axles (so we say 6X4 for 6 wheels 4 drive), we modified the truck, installed our front tridem suspension and a double steering system at the rear. It still has the 2 rear drive axles so 12 wheels and 4 drive).
Glad I found your video. Love your story! I start my new job Monday driving a super 10 dump truck 2016 Peterbilt! Been almost 20 yrs since I drove a 10 wheeler. No butterflies so i know I'm good!
