Every aspect of instrument construction in Africa [and other cultures] has an inherent Spiritual element, starting from the materials harvested from Nature to be used in the process of building an instrument. As I learned on my visit to Senegal, this philosophy extends to the playing of a finished instruments, a process in which it is felt that each person who touches the instrument leaves a part of his soul in it. Many of my instruments carry parts of the many souls which have blessed them with their divine touch.

I (don't ask for) (even a little sustenance) (to my servant). And I (didn't ask) for them to (give me food. Indeed, God is the giver of) sustenance that has strength and is very strong (qs.adz dzariyat:56-58) And the grinding of the wind and the clouds that are controlled by the heavens and the earth are indeed signs of the oneness and greatness of God for people who think (164), And among people there are people who worship other than God, they love him as they love God ( 165), There are also those who believe and love God very much. And if the wrongdoers knew when they saw the punishment on the Day of Resurrection. That all power belongs to God, And that God is very great in punishment, they will surely regret (165), (Qs. Baqarah) Allah the Almighty said in Surah Yunus: "He is the One who created the sun to shine, and the moon that shines, the places for the journey of the moon are set, so that you know the number of years and the reckoning of time. God does not create such things but the truth. He explains the signs of his greatness to those who know (5), Verily for the change of night and day and in what God has created in the heavens and on earth, there are indeed signs of His power for those who fear God (6), Allah Taala said in Surah Yunus: "And when we feel some mercy, after the danger has come upon them. Suddenly they make a plot against the signs of our authority. Say: "Allah is faster in retribution for that plot. verily our angels have written down your deception (21). He is the god who made you able to walk on land. Sail in the ocean. until you are in the ark, And the ark slides along with the people who are in it with a good wind, And they are happy because of it. And the storm came. And when the waves from all sides came upon him. And they were sure that they were surrounded by danger so they prayed to God with only sincerity of heart, they said: "Indeed you saved us from this danger, surely we will be among those who are grateful (22), So when God saves them. Suddenly they commit cruelty on the face of the earth without a true reason.. O mankind, the disaster of your cruelty will befall you yourself. The result of that cruelty is only worldly pleasure, then to us you will return. Then we will inform you of what you have done (23 ), And the inhabitants of hell called out to the inhabitants of heaven: "give us some water or food that God has provided for you, the inhabitants of heaven answered: "Indeed, God has prohibited both on the infidels, that is, those who make their religion a joke -play and joke and the life of the world has deceived them, so on this day of judgment we forget them, just as they forget their encounter with this day, And as they always deny our verses and indeed we have brought a book to those whom we has explained on the basis of our suspension to be a guidance and mercy for us to the believers (Qs. al-araf 50-5²). Remember! (The right that must be offered) to Allah is all worship and pure conduct (from all forms of polytheism). And the polytheists who take other than Allah to be protectors and helpers (saying): "We do not worship or adore them except that they accompany us to Allah as close as possible", - verily Allah will punish between them (with people- those who do not commit shirk) about what they disagree about. Verily, Allah does not give guidance to those who continue to lie (tell falsehoods), and always disbelieve (by committing shirk).(3).(Qs az zumar). If you are disbelieving (not grateful) for His favors, then know that indeed God does not desire (faith and gratitude) from you (for His perfection); and He does not allow His servants to be in a state of disbelief; and if you are grateful, He will make it your nature and practice. And (remember) a person who bears will not bear the sins of other people's actions (even the sins of his efforts only). Then to your Lord is your return, then He will inform you of what you have done. Indeed, He is All-Knowing of everything (the contents of the heart) contained in the chest. (7). (Qs. Az zumar) Don't you notice that God sends down rain from the sky, then He makes it rain on the earth; then He grew plants of various types and colors with that water; then the plants move fresh (up to a certain time), after which you see yourself as yellow; then He made it to pieces? Indeed, all of the above contains a warning that awakens people of perfect intellect. (21). (Qs. Az zumar). (Remember! That) those who preceded them had denied (the Messengers sent to them), then punishment came to them from a direction they did not realize. (25). So Allah made them feel humiliated in the life of this world (with various calamities), and indeed the punishment of the hereafter (prepared for them) is even greater. If only they had known (this fact, they would not have denied the Messenger). (26) And indeed! We have presented to mankind various comparative examples in this Al-Qur'an, so that they may take admonitions and lessons. (27). (Qs. Az zumar). And (among the evils of those who commit polytheism): when the name of Allah is mentioned alone (in prayer and so on), the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter are shy and wild; and when the names that they worship and worship other than Allah are mentioned, they are immediately cheerful and happy (45). (Qs. Az zumar) So when people are touched by something dangerous, they immediately pray to Us; then when We gave him a favor (as a gift) from Us, he said (with pride): "I was given this favor only because of the knowledge and wisdom that I have". (It is not true what he said) even the giving of the said favor is a test (is it grateful or otherwise), but most of them do not know (that fact). (49) In fact, the people before them had also said the same, so everything they tried could not save them (from God's punishment). (50) (Qs. Az zumar)
