Can you guys make it up to eastern Washington? Just had a ten span unit erected last week. It took the crew we used seven days. And its still not complete. This video made them look like molasses in January. Very Impressive.
team of 7 working in excellent coordination and efficiently. imagine this is being done by city workers ( and unionized ) then it has to be minimum for few weeks if not a month
I’ve worked on every brand pivot I have my likes and dislikes about each one but I have to say honestly the zimmatic pivots are really the easiest ones to install and tear down I that they don’t use any of the flange bolts too hold any of the vertical braces and the truss rod pockets are way easier then a valley T&L Reinke Lockwood
We use this exact system here in Australia now after studying the longer version of this video. Works great. We do a lot of 8" units which can be trickier but the basic principles still apply. These videos have saved me a lot of climbing, thanks for that.
i'm 21 been working on center pivots for about 2 years going on 3 gotta say zimmatics and valleys go up so smooth i work on reinke machines in washington
Very good, couldn’t you have dropped the pipe right in place off the trailer? That’s how we do it, seems to work pretty good unless you’re worried about dropping them that far? Could probably be an issue.
Chris has helped us out in storms, 4R is top notch does good work just like we do. It's tough this day in age to find a crew that has the same attention to detail that we have. (Jacob Mendoza that complimented below----NONE) Again attention to detail is tough to find this day in age that's why i build my own pivots if i can, if not i call 4R. There are too many crews that don't have attention to detail and leave bolts loose and things Half A$$ed. They don't
Jon Zoucha I agree. Quality work is hard to find. Anytime you need help reach out to me. Our company has been around since 1972. We are pretty known in the pivot world. 806-729-4470
