I love the bread adventures! Mark was just asking about the Amish friendship bread this week. I’m deciding if I want to make a starter for it since I don’t know anyone with a starter at the moment.

No worries! Vintage and Thrift is in 😂 As someone who is your age and sells vintage clothing, 90s and Y2K is very "In". BUT the biggest trend is wearing what feels good to you, layers, colors, mix and match, you do you!
Awh yay! So not affording new clothes is trendy! Love that for me 🤣 Lmao. But in all seriousness I too find that clothes in thrift stores can be so much more timeless if you look for the right pieces. I also have so many 1950s clothes that I’m obsessed with but you definitely need to be in the mood to wear those things- so much less wiggle room / stretch 😅
@Brook.Gonzales When thrifting, I try to find "basics" that can be styled and layered in different ways and focus on natural fibers, like cotton and linen instead of polyesters, which will last longer and feel better to wear!
What have you all been up to this summer? It has been flying by and truthfully I'm excited for fall but hate seeing time move this fast. Have you guys missed anything on your list of stuff to do this summer?

Maybe the algorithm is starting to love you becase it suggested your video to me randomly.. And you tought it wouldn't perform well... I clicked on it because I loved the warmth of the opening shot that started playing in the little window, and It didn't disapoint ! I loved the warmth of your video so much, and not only the warmth that came from the colors of the picture, but the warmth that music provided and your cinematic shots.. your creative vision.. wow, just wow ! My favorite part of the room is the wall of pictures! The content, the sizes, the arrangement... It works so well! And my favorite part of the video is when you hold up the "fall risk" hospital bracelet. Wow. I wonder how many of the unfinished projects in our lives aren't because we're busy or lazy or procrastinating, but because there's something there that we're not quite ready to face.
That’s for sure one of my favorites too! It has definitely been an emotional rollercoaster going through all of my old things. I didn’t realize that was why I was avoiding completing this room until then!

Oh Brook! Your video made me tear up. I made a ton of mistakes in my life, but being home with you kids when you were all young before school was the best decision I made, and I have zero regrets. The sacrifices are worth of. 😘❤️
Great job, did you've had any clothes that couldn't be donated for any reason that needed to just go in the trash ? Those are the hardest ones for me to get rid and I always hope to see someone just toss some right in the kitchen bin like if it was normal waste to give me some motivation as even when they're ripped, stained, too worned out or even just those that just can't be donated, I'm suggling to discard them.
