Can I still get pre approval when I only been on my job for 1 yr and my previous job is not in the same line of work as my current job? I really want to buy a home this yr. I’ve been renting all my life and sick of it.
I've received an alarming amount of notifications for price decreases on inventory between 350k-450k which seems to be where the 3/2 with 1000-1700 sq.ft homes are priced at. I wonder if the mad rush is coming to and end. What do you think?
With the increase in inventory, we are finding that (at least in our area) the huge offers way over asking are coming to an end. We think we're slowing drifting more towards a "normal" market, but in the Stockton area it is still favoring the sellers. We think that you're right about the "mad rush" coming to an end, we have probably passed the peak of the extreme demand. Thanks for watching!
