This is quite a difficult version to find to buy and own.. this whole album exposed is the most collectively beautiful collection two completely elliptical tunes by the master.. this version of tubular bells 1 and incantations are not in print any longer.. so buy it wherever you can because it'll be your last chance
I own this vinyl since summer 1980, I was 12. The quality of this vinyl rip is simply never-seen-before. Keep up the good work!!!! As for the record itself, the cast of musicians is hardly beatable: Pierre Moerlen (drums, rip) and his brother Benoit (vibraphone, marimbas), Pekka Pohjola (a finnish bass player second to no one), Sebastian Bell (flute, from the Royal Philarmonic).....oyster pearls!!!
I know the sound on this is painfully rough, but the audience seem to be loving it. Got to believe the sound on the night was actually pretty good? Also some rare/unique stuff.... First Movement, Boogie #1 and the slightly dodgie instrumental section on QotH. LOVE it! Shame that time is not reversible eh?

Not just my favourite ELO album but one of my favourite albums of all time. I was 21 when this album was originally released and from day one of listening to it it’s been so, an amazing concept album with an amazing story and lyrics. Always thought this would make a wonderful film or musical, don’t suppose it will ever happen but we’ll always have the album. Thanks for posting.
One of my most favourite albums ever. I’m NEVER sick of listening to this. I was 14 when this stunning masterpiece came out. I loved it from the moment I heard it, and thank you for putting the three unreleased tracks in. How wonderful to have a complete album
"I remember when I though your street was paved with gold." That's poetry. "Julie Don't Live here Anymore" sounds like something ABBA would have done. Jeff Lynne should totally collaborate with them.

Wow, this makes SO much more sense with The Bouncer included. It completes the story and smooths everything out so much better. Going straight from Hold on Tight to Epilogue made no sense-- musically or as storytelling. Thank you for fixing that! And thank you for putting all this together. If I could implant this video directly into my brain, I would.
Jeff Lynne knew exactly what he was doing when he decided not to put those 3 tracks in the album. They absolutely don't fit in with the rest of the songs. Original album is perfectly balanced without them. TIME is the best album in the history of music together with THE WALL -Pink Floyd
Sounds so much better here than on the DVD - which seems to suffer from a very odd mix. The greatest live album IMHO. Quite how he toured with such complex music amazes me - particularly for the 1970s. Presumably no click, no computer backing tracks. Wow. And yes, as my TB album sticker says ' In quadraphonic sound - for those of you with four ears'
With their album "Discovery" they touched the magic...and it is very difficult to compete with magic...even making wonderful albums like this one. but you can't fairly choose an Electric Light Orchestra album, because to do so would be to leave out a lot of beautiful music.

The ads are because you have 70 000 views. They are not going to let that go. But you only have 300 subscribers, so you make no money from the ads because you have NO SUBSCIBERS. You Tube have to give channels who get lots of subscribers (these people return to the channel more than people who don't subscribe, and that way they can fairly chop the money up.) I forget what it is, but you need a 1000 to subscribe, and they will start paying. You don't want the money then you can turn it down (why not donate it to Animal Charity's or Cancer hospitals for kids?) But how you stop ads is simple. STOP the album at 1000 views and then delete it, and then put it up again. Delete the views, delete the subscribers down to 20, and upload an album wrap, and they won't interrupt the album. The Whole Album. If you want, I'll get a link to an uninterrupted album. I have songs up that are 30 minutes long, as long as this album that have no ads. Because I have 30 subscribers, and 100 views. I keep it low cos I don't want them stopping my song to roll an advert.
What an absolutely brilliant piece of music. I have this on vinyl(but no player). Great fan of prog rock and they have some brilliant pieces too but this!! This is stand out exceptional.
