I know that the yankee schools has adopted this idiotic No Child Left Behind policy, but how degraded has the education standards become? I know that teachers are being forced to educate their third graders on a 1st grade level, their 6th graders on a third graders level and their 12th graders on a 6th grader's level. But how many subjects have been removed from the curriculum?

These clips don't really work out of context. You have to be familiar with the characters. In fact, I'd go so far as to say you need to have seen the full scenes before. These are so short, they might just serve as a memory trigger to recall a larger bit.
You need to watch a full episode seeing random scenes out of context doesn't make much sense you need to see a full episode to understand what the show is about.
