I love 💕 this estate . They are the future estate . But the water brings so much beauty n tranquility to these estate . I'm going to buy one or two from you . They are absolutely beautiful . I love all the glass n the water views .
I like a lot of things about this place but would love some outdoor space for dogs, otherwise it's great on the inside other than the green granite and some paint color choices.
Why would anyone pay to live in Vancouver? Lol I had a chance to buy a beachfront condo in long beach for $300k and I knew it would be a money maker but I can't stand long beach... gang infested and too much traffic.

Also I've lived here for over 20 years and never dealt with any gang anything. Never seen anything but I live in Vancouver. You're clearly talking about Surrey which is not Vancouver. It's over 7,000 square feet so it's far from small, the property isn't big but in that area you don't get yards, it's also like 3 times bigger than all of the houses around it and a block from the marina. I agree it's over priced but CA is like that everywhere, the average price for a house in Compton is half a million so that should give you some idea of what it's like right now.
