Don't be disapointed. He's still a solid pick even if he lacks one shot capabilities. Think of it as 'change of style' rather than a nerf.

Previously you could choose if you want to burst skills or support type skills. Even with the update, I think vale is still a solid pick especially because of his increased movement speed with passive and wilderness blessing.

@@Zero-MLBB It's my main hero together with belerick... I can say that he is a beast but if you have nobody to interface enemy or if enemy has someone who can get to close range fast like Karina, Yin, etc. Ceci can die real fast, unless you can run away, that is why instead of flicker I use movement spell, I attack one lane, notice that allies goes for team fight and enemy think I will not make in time, movement spell allows me to hit them all at the right time. Also movement spell and flicker are most likely only options to outrun Yin's ult. So yeah, in counter-attacks Ceci is OP but he can die fast if you don't have enough vission and info from team, I think that is why it's not in S tier as some heroes alone can enter and win games while Ceci need someone to scout area.

True. But some of that lack of vision can be somewhat compensated by his passive stack counter. I always keep eye on my passive stack when using any skill on a bush. If there is an enemy, the stack will increase without you having to risk getting in the bush yourself to check.

@@Zero-MLBB well if you hit enemy it will even show his remaining hp on the top of the screen. But yeah, with stacks you can tell if groups are hiding.

Not yet. Generally I almost never use fanny since there are more easier to utilize junglers out there. But perhaps in future I'll make content about her.
