They aren’t able to give me the mpg for the fuel alone: We have just the combined figure for the MPG for our plug in hybrids. Thanks, very helpful video and good to know how to search a destination using a postcode - I was getting quite frustrated! I have another issue with my new-to-me Golf GTD 2017. If I try and search a name in the phone function, the keypad letters and numbers are greyed out. I've tried with two different iPhones and the problem is the same. Can anyone suggest a solution? Wonder if any of the Techs can explain this? “battery safeguarding technology”??? Cupra retailer solicitor said “your client is attempting to charge the Vehicle outside of peak hours for cost purposes, the Vehicle’s battery safeguarding technology protects the battery and charges at approximately 50% charge as the battery is not at the safe temperature.” I’m not clear if the Lister techs understand this as it was three months after they had my Cupra Born in for 7 odd weeks before their solicitors raised it!!!Apparently this may mean (as in my case even in a closed integral garage) that 75/80% of home charges could be at only half 7kwh, ie just 3.5kwh. This is the full item they quoted: ** VWG test data for comparison purposes. Actual charging times will vary depending on e.g. options, age, type, condition and temperature of charger/battery, charger usage & environmental factors. Charging time will be longer in cold weather or if battery safeguarding technology is activated.”
Never seemed to have a scooby about the manufacturer stated technical data on the product website. Engineer report made rather clear that they just didn’t understand and had not properly understood complaints but wasted weeks on testing which was not on point!
My experience was simply dreadful and the worst I’ve experienced with any product ever. My experience was of no product knowledge, no attention to the complaints, no knowledge of manufacturer website statements and a changing position about resolving the issue brought about by EV residuals.
Hi Buddy, I have a 2005 T5 1.9 transporter and the front passenger near side electric window has stopped working. I've tried the drivers side master switch and also the window switch on the passenger door however still nothing. I can't find a reference to a fuse number or location for the electric windows anywhere. Do you know the fuse number and location please?

In my experience the problem with many die hard full M car fans is the very idea of all out grip and traction offered by xdrive just does not compute. Unless a full M car can go around a bend sideways then it can't be an M car. Me personally, give me xdrive all day long, power without control is just madness. Your comments regarding this car and its engine I totally agree with 👏
