We need more words for anger. There is the natural and healthy emotion and feeling of anger but you don’t seem to be talking about that. Rather it seems you are talking about the choice to act out in anger. To get mean, ugly, and manipulative.
Spot on as always..making sure we understand that what is happening is by choice, one way or the other..it is mine and I gratefully accept that response-ability as I live and love in this time body 💯
Absolutely delightful to watch this whole video, and especially the story of your triumph over the death sentence. I participated in four programs at the Option Institute between 1985 and 2007, and have always benefitted from the Option teachings. Thank you both for steadfastly holding the place of love, no matter how hateful the outside world may become.

I have experienced this place - these people - these teachings. AND IT IS LIFE CHANGING!! I am a physician, I found the SonRise Program when my son was diagnosed with autism and I knew that my medical world, as it was, had nothing to offer him. He recovered! And I changed too. That's terrific news, Bears, glad to hear you're doing great! And thanks for showing us different and better ways of approaching issues. Reminded me of the George Carlin skit where he spoke about 'people or institutions declaring war on something' (crime, drugs, etc.) and then not doing anything about it. I always thought we were going about it all wrong. Love your messages of positivity!
