This door lock too easy to pick it need a deadbolt for better safety

This lock easy to pick use a knife an press it in an the door open need a deadbolt lock

This was the worst door lock I have ever bought. It does on me, and any and every attempt to correct it has failed.

Can't change admin code tried 20 times does not work.

I need to buy a new cilinder for this lock. Someone could help me pelase

codes are not as in video for mine, manual that came with lock is same as this video. - model d6300B but manual supplied is for d6300 the one is this video - add access code = *85# pass-code # code # code # . change pass-code *12#. reset is hold down and enter 000#. *83# Bluetooth, *71# delete all users *69# delete all cards.

We have been unable to add a second card to our lock. One worked and now no other ones will. The card seems to take and then only beeps when held up, but does not unlock. Any suggestions or help!!!

Some sort of glitch where it wouldn't take User codes. My workaround was to type it in, hit pound (says accepted), then type in again, hit pound. If rejected, then hit pound out until menus are closed, then it would work. Doing it once and closing it would invariably not work. Very strange, but leaving this comment if others have trouble.

Everytime I touch a panel it starts beeping alarm. You still can lock with # key or unlock with a code, but still beeping. You have to remove and put back a battery, then it stops until you touch the screen again. Why...?
