Good afternoon madam, please I live in Italy and i will like to visit Austria for 1week can you help me to get accommodation and I want to no the course
Good afternoon Ma! Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don't provide accommodation services. For finding a place to stay and getting an idea of the cost, I recommend checking sites like [Booking.com](www.booking.com) or [Airbnb](www.airbnb.com). These platforms will give you a good range of options and prices for your stay in Austria. Safe travels!
Please I have some training and experience but the short term training i don't understand its going to be given by Austria health care organization before one can apply?
Hi, this video is about accessing healthcare services in Austria, not about job vacancies. If you're interested in working as a healthcare professional in Austria and have the necessary certificates and experience, you'll need to go through a process to authenticate your documents. This involves the Austrian Ministry of Education verifying that your documents are genuine and equivalent to Austrian standards. Additionally, you’ll need proficiency in the German language. Once your documents are certified, you should contact the specific healthcare institution you wish to work with. They can guide you through the process required to practice with your qualifications. Please note, I’m not an expert in this area, and this is just a general overview. For detailed information, it’s advisable to consult with healthcare professionals who specialize in this field.
Good job Oge. Please you mention a short term training. Is it the training we have before applying for the job? What if i don't speak German? I speak English . Can i apply?
Thank you! Yes, the short-term training I mentioned is required before applying for a home care assistant (Heimhelfer) job in Austria. If you don't speak German yet, don’t worry. Some employers may consider English speakers, especially if you're open to learning basic German during your training. It's always best to check the specific job requirements. Good luck!
@@atbatim Hi, While I’m happy to share what I know, I suggest you do some personal research or consulting professionals who specialize in caregiver jobs in Austria. Check out the description of this video, I dropped websites, useful links for vacancies and institutions that offer training for this course here in Austria

Hi @ogeudoku, what about if my German language skills is not good, does that in anyway decrease my chances of getting an healthcare assistant job in Austria? I actually intend relocating to Austria on a depedent visa with my wife who's coming as a student come next year.
If your German skills aren't strong, it could make finding a healthcare assistant job in Austria more challenging, but it's not impossible. Employers might still consider you if you're willing to improve your language skills. Taking language courses once you arrive could help boost your chances.

Congratulations on your admission! Finding accommodation in Linz can be a bit challenging, but here are some tips to help you out: 1. University Housing: Check if your university offers dorms. 2. Private Dorms: Look into options like OeAD Housing, WIST, or Studentenheim. 3. Online Platforms: Search on WG-Gesucht, Willhaben, or HousingAnywhere. 4. Social Media: Join Facebook groups for Linz student housing. 5. Real Estate Agents: Consider contacting local agents for private rentals. 6. Temporary Stay: Book a hostel or Airbnb if needed. Start your search early and be cautious of scams. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your time & efforts. Please since you said it's better to study in German, what about if l study in English and then l take German classes alongside. Will this give me the same edge as studying in German when l eventually apply for jobs?
Thank you! I'm not an expert, but studying in English while taking German classes alongside is a good strategy. However, it may not provide the same edge as studying in German. For the best advice, please consult with a professional advisor.
Follow the instructions as it is on the Austrian Immigration website or as I have explained in this video or you can contact Austrian Embassy in Nigeria.
