just wondering about the stats if you had shown that it would be really helpful cause i wanna use it but kinda not sure about will it fit my build i use technique
To be fair, it's much harder to use light weapons with perfect parries. Because they deal so little poise damage, and guarding with them deale so much damage to yourself, most of the time it's much easier to dodge with them That being said, my first playthrough was like 50 hours and I'm a diehard Sekiro player, so I took my Bastard's Rapier and parried to endgame despite that anyways lol

Also 1:47 crazy how you managed to get 3 attacks in before the brella - thought you could only have time to sword deflect but that was super clean
You can block Way of Tomoe's big combo, because for some reason in that specific phase, the 2nd last hit stops hitting you, which makes it possible to perfect deflect without the umbrella.
The red rune means you gave Kuro's Charm to Kuro. It means that when you block an attack, but you don't deflect perfectly, you still get vitality damage, as you have noticed. It's essentially an extra difficulty added to the game.
