we sat through an hour or so of total downpour. it cleared up for 3 heats and then the rain started coming back in again. highly likely that the wet ground is what fried my gear.
Yeah its very likely, ive blown a vtx in the same situation. Ive heard silicon conformal is easy to apply and water proofs well but i cant confirm that.
going to take some time to get it tweaked on value. I just turned it on at default of 30 but no idea what that means. in my roll I overshot it... which I typically undershoot. so maybe back down to 25? I don't know yet. going to take an open field and some fine tuning. also lower overall rates.
Just tried super acro today for the first time. You won't have problems at the extreme anymore! It's unreal and flies great. Will get more packs in with it tomorrow.
Nice, haven't watched your video in a while, you have been working at it. The float effect is nice, I need to keep working on that with my flying. You still rolling with 3s or have you made the jump to 4s? My next battery order will be to move on to 4s.

lhcholid thanks! this weather has been grounding me lately, that and smashing my foxeer hd cam stalled things some. waiting on a cam mount for my Yi and new top plate for my F1-4b. yeah, editing it for the gear and to help chris out a little... way i've been crashing going to need all the replacement gear i can get!
