Hi @AngelA-tqrs. Thank you for your comment. Our limited-use one-day bus passes expire the same day they are activated, at midnight. However, if you purchase the reloadable Paradise Pass card or use the app on your phone, the balance never expires.
The drivers are so rude last August I got in a bad car accident. I was T-bone and I caught the bus and the train and you talking about the rudest bus drivers and the rudest train employees I’ve ever seen it was just.
If they care d The buses will not run every hour They will run every half hour! Clinton forbes used to work for Broward county Transit and it was bad when he was there makes sense that he is making this transit bad.
You'll discover that there is a plantation mentality with this company maybe on the east side there's more frequent bus service on certain routes But on the west side by 441 is a complete transit desert and the routes that do exist r every hour during the weekday every hour are you serious. So I don't know what the bus driver is talking about the young guy the buses don't go everywhere obviously they're a parts of the west side You can go from miles before you see a stop and those are usually a cross town stops. That's pathetic and the bus shelters are old like Little House on the prairie old. And you can't barely see the bus stop sign One little stripe of orange and white with a little green thing that says bus stop You have good luck seeing that at night time especially running across the street trying to see where the bus stop is. At least for our county the whole pole is yellow You can see it from all sides Miami even you can see the green pole on all sides. Time to grow up
Some people refuse to take your service due to buses running slow and not operating long enough. Your services needs more improvement and expand to 12 midnight. I give palm Tran a 3 out of 10
You guys need to change the way you let us pay. This should be integrated with Google Wallet and Apple Wallet. Expecting us to download an app to ride public transportation is ludicrous.
missing in action mr Forbes has marginalized Palm Tran as majority of the employees are african-americans and male i was assaulted on 01/13/2020 and Palm Tran together covered up with the help of the Riviera Beach Police Department my assault the driver of the bus the assailant the police officers were all african-americans Palm Tran and Forbes are fighting me in state court because they know they are violating the constitutional rights of the passengers during the pandemic when they decided not charge for the fares the busses were full 0 social distancing and on many occasion passengers would remove their mask once they were seated on one occasion a women was masturbating on the bus until i stood up and yelled at her a commotion has followed but no police were ever called to the scene Clinton B Forbes is no longer in charge of Palm Tran because under the executive order of the governor the executive branch is to say when is what Forbes received $50,000,000 million of bail out money witch is public record they choose not to disclose how the money is being spent when you visit Palm Tran on the sign in sheet they ask you if you are a lobbyist i suppose political parties and business people have much greater access to mr Forbes than the ordinary private citizen who serves them with a civil summons and a subpoena and they choose to ignore it like they are above the law.
You’ve literally ruined route #1. What sense does it make to have a stop going northbound but no alternative stop going southbound on the other side of the street. People who work in the downtown gardens area needed those stops
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes at Palm Tran from Purchasing to Maintenance to ensure that brakes are the most efficient and effective possible. When doing brake training for Palm Tran technicians we continuously talk about each and every factor that impacts brake torque, hysterisis (lag) and stopping distance. These buses are required by Federal Regulations to stop within 25 feet at 20 mph. Palm Tran tests and records the results for each and every bus after each brake job as a regular course of action. Many of these buses stop in 20 feet or less, a significant improvement over maximum allowable stopping distance. Kudos to ALL at Palm Tran. They literally saved a life. powerbrake1.com/
