Michael should have learnt first time around. and stopped bringing kids into his house . and they should never have been in his room.. not to even speak about being in his bed... people who are not wealthy even know how to protect their reputation..

I firmly believe that Joe Paterno died as much from a broken heart as he did from cancer. Hindsight is always 20/20. Coach Paterno followed the terms of his contract and Pennsylvania law, yet everyone wants to present him as being as guilty as Sandusky. They say Paterno should have done more. What no one seems to understand is that, if he had gone to law enforcement on his own and without the consent of the administration, he would have been in breach of contract and possibly fired because he did.
This is the first time I've seen anybody be able to reign in John, who can sometimes be his own worst enemy in making his case. When John gets rolling, he tends to get worked up and to normies, it can come across as crazy. He's got a way of telling the story that is very much narrative focused, in opposition to the conventional narrative. This makes sense, in order to provide context and perspective. But for a lot of people, the facts sometimes get lost in the narrative. Jay's correct that the facts alone are compelling. People don't need every dot to be connected. Most people hearing the McQueary date issues, about Fisher and his mom, the changing stories, the repressed memory stuff, Meyers and other "victim's" relationships with Jerry after the alleged abuse, the settlement facts... They're going to connect those dots. I recommend "With the Benefit of Hindsight" to people, but I warn them that it's a time commitment, and it can be a frustrating listen at times, precisely because of how John can come across. This was refreshing to finally see somebody slow John down, and get him out of his routine for the unfamiliar listener.

it's now between 12 and 13 years later and it's amazing to see how the news media generated a fake news story that led to the murder of an innocent man and tarnished the legacy of a squeaky clean college football program? The Nazi propaganda playbook is to tell the lie big and use endless repitition to make it a fact. It should be appalling that something like that occurred in America. Instead of "innocent until proven guilty", Joe Pa was "guilty" and had to prove his innocence. Nazism should not be allowed in America. It's even worse if Jerry Sandusky was innocent of what he was accused of. The craziest thing, is if they can falsify a crime against "celebrities" like Paterno, they could do this to anyone.
This all happened on his watch joe with all his "values" couldn't do the right thing when it really counted. Its a felony to not report abuse of a child.
I believe that Wade and James were so enamored with Michael Jackson, they got so close to all of that fame and money, they felt like the chosen ones, then when Michael cut them off and moved on they were butt hurt about it. Listening to this, I can’t believe the leaving neverland accusers are allowed to take the MJ estate to trial for these allegations and not for the fact that they admit having single handedly taken down the 60 million dollar case by the state of California against MJ in 2005. The appeal court looked at that and said yes let’s spend more tax payers money so these 2 self admitted liars have a shot at collecting a payout. But it’s fine because Tom Mesereau is representing the MJ estate (good call by the estate there). Robson will have to look at Mesereau in the eye and say “I withstood the most gruelsome cross examination that you submitted me to in order to discover if I had been abused in 2005 and you couldn’t tell that I was lying to you, as experienced and decorated as you are . But today this jury of random people with absolutely no experience in a court of law has to accept that I am not lying. Because I’m saying so. They have to accept my cues on when I lie and when I’m not and award me millions of dollars based on that.”
