On the x7 max i got a E8 error code after getting caught in the rain im pretty sure it is water damage that caused it asking for help if anyone knows if thats the case or not. Got a controller coming in for replacement just tryyna make sure that would solve my issue
@@mattbuyak2128 agreed. not sure designers are employed by most manufacturers! They never think about what will happen when the thing needs to be repaired! 😡
@@jefflindeval Try swearing 🤬 Are you using tire levers? Is the tire the correct size? Try leaving the tire in boiling water for 10 mins then try again.
With enough swearing I got it on. Tried multiple ways but easiest for me was put the first lip of the tire on the wheel and then put the tube along the inside if the tire and through the wheel to get the second lip of the tire over. Hard without tire levers but had other similar tools. Haven’t tried boiling tires for a few seconds but feel like it would trap unwanted moisture inside tire when installed.
I guess the issue now is that even though the tire and tube ordered off TurboAnt site specific to the x7 pro scooter…it seems out of balance and wobbly when at speed.
Got one. Disappointed that I needed it. Thought the standard 750 battery would be plenty but the bike drinks the power. Will have to keep experimenting with the settings to try and improve the range.
@@arrenramsey280 how long is a piece of string? Too many factors to take into account, rider weight, temperature, level of assistance, wind, road surface, inclines, etc.
Does someone know how to reset the password i bought an e bike but the display already has a code set up and i have not founded any video regarding the Password Recovery or Reset and the guy who i bought it from does not answer my calls or messages
@@HorizonMicromobility i have the bike but thats all i have the guy i bought it from was about to throw it away he was on its way to leave it sitting on the dumpster now my question is if i happen to change the display to a different one will it actually allow me to set up a new code and access into the bike modes or will it put a lock on the motor also?
@@HorizonMicromobility I tested it today and it reached a max of 14 mph, so I guess I do have to send it back via warranty. edit: the warranty only lasts for a year, so this dying out means that I would likely have to pay for the replacement part, but i might just instead buy a brand new scooter from elsewhere since I was already looking into some faster models from other brands
My display is good but my kid broke the dark clear cover that is on top... I can't find it anywhere! Even email turboant and nothing in responce.. sense I never seen this part by its self either can you lead me in the direction where I can find the cover..id appreciate any help you can give..thanks in advance.. its an x7 pro basically same as one in vid

@@HorizonMicromobility but it's the whole valve gone entire hole where it used to be also its tubeless tires the one I have so I'd need whole new rear wheel with motor ...?
Is it normal for the inner rim to shake around while the new tube is flat? I don’t want to fill it to find out it won’t fit. I’m using a new tube and the original wheel so it should fit
@@HorizonMicromobility it’s okay I found that it was just put on wrong and after puncturing it multiple times trying to get it on, I managed to get it on with the levers and took it for a spin to the market it turned out okay
Thanks! Noticed this scooter’s display was the same on the ENGWE Y600. The manual doesn’t mention this at all so this video helped me switch it from KPH to MPH.
That isn't what I was asking. Where did you get it from? Was it in a set? wHAT IS THE BRAND OF IT?! it looks like a decent precision screwdriver. WHERE ARE THE ANSWERS, MAN!?!? @@HorizonMicromobility
@@jkq311 you asked if it was came in that hexagonal roll up cylinder. As that didn’t make any sense to me I answered as best I could. I really don’t understand your attitude.
