The worst product photography is in Jewelry business. My competitors are using render images and they cost too much, I hired a person for the shoot but i only got was trash, can you please make a tutorial on jewelry photography with adjusting the gold and silver tone with basic stone color corrections. I never find a right kind of tutorial for that anywhere. Like the basic shoot and color adjustments with mobile and photoshop.

Of course, before you can use it at all, you have to get it in the hotshoe… which can be challenging with Godox’s poor quality control with respect to their hotshot feet. The XPRO II for Nikon I got from a reputable camera store was both too wide and thick to fit. My in-use experience with an original XPRO and an XT2 controller did not inspire confidence in the system’s consistency.
I've been using the X2, and wanted a backup. Well, that's when I spotted the X3 and I decided to go with it. I was having one issue, which lead me to your video, that answered it. Thank you. I also checked out the video for what TCM is. Cool feature. I am a manual junky, but still like using my flashes on TTL. I HATE when I take a shot, looks perfect, and then the next 3 are all different. I can totally see using the TCM for that. As for what you said about using the Xpro models; I used one, but don't have one, and can see what you are saying, But moving from the X2 to the X3, solid move, the X2 will now be the backup/second camera trigger. Side note: Your link for the V1 does not work, Amazon does not like it.
En el minuto 5.09 donde menciona lo difícil que es apagar un flash, no es así que se hace, simplemente toca las dos rayas verticales de pausa y listo se apaga el flash con un toque, NO es necesario hacer todo lo que dice.
@@willsimpsonphoto I was in a situation, I couldn't use sound at that moment to watch the video! Great stuff, I feel like I would watch it again because I'm really trying to learn to use my camera -a friend gave a NEX-5t as a gift to me when he bought a fancy new camera, I'm grateful and trying to learn to use it (the struggle in ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture is real) -I'm trying to get a lens to shoot from further away, I'm a forest ranger and want to be able to take photos of animals from afar relatively fast, also I'm part of a Scout group and want to be able to take photos of the hikes, games and moments everyone shares without the need to be literally next to them with the camera, could a Sony E 18-200mm F3,5-6,3 OSS LE | SEL18200LE be a good option (i know is and old lens) or should I buy an adapter and try with lenses from other brands? I also have a Helios 44mm 2/58 lens somewhere, So.... are adapters a good idea? any help would be much apreciated!
I actually bought this and I kind of regret it. I think I might even stick with the old one. I do wish the TCM button was on the top and the other thing is it should have a dedicated channel button on the top as well having to press three buttons to get to another menu is annoying. It's a great transmitter. Don't get me wrong but it's just slow and annoying.
The problem with culling in LrC is that it renders full resolution photos quite slowly. Many photographers use something like Photo Mechanic for culling because it renders photos almost instantly. They then import the selects into Lightroom for editing and cataloging. Personally, I use Narrative Select which not only renders photos virtually instantly but also overlays every face in the photo with a two-part symbol. On part shows whether the person's face is in focus, partially in focus, or out of focus. The second part shows whether the person's eyes are open, partially open, or closed - all without zooming in at all. You can zoom to check something if you want, but the symbols give you the information without zooming. I shoot primarily sports and with NS, I can easily cull 60-80 photos a minute.
Thank you!! Great video. As an idea, can you please do a video on Jewelry Retouch with LightRoom, not sure if you already did it but I couldn't find it. Thank in advance.
This video was amazing! Hope you stay safe form the hurricane! I was wondering if you have done videos on a large amount of editing and how to deal with them.
Hello, first of all, thank you for all the content you share. One thing regarding this GODOX XPRO II, the modeling icon that usually appears at the bottom right does not appear. Why could that be? Thanks in advance and greetings from Spain.
Beta must have installed automatically some time ago. If PS is not open and I want to "edit in PS", the Beta version opens. But, if I open the regular version of PS 2024 and then "edit in PS" it populates in the 2024 version I already have open. My question is, why do I even need the Beta version at all? Thanks for the video.
@@bigtredunzo you don’t particularly need the beta version unless there are things you’d like to try out. I downloaded it when generative fill first came out to test and use it but I rarely if ever use it now.
This makes so much more sense the way you explain it ❤️🤌🏽 thank you tons I was trying to do it how I use to and took me so long this is so easy and quick !!
I live in Denmark. Lightroom classic is simply just too expensive, so I use Lightroom. The downside to this, is that it's not the same tools you use in this video for an example. It bothers me that I'll never be able to go to the next level because of that.
so you use Lightroom CC? which package do you have because if you have Lightroom CC you should have Lightroom Classic as well. The photographer package which comes with all lightrooms and photoshop is only $9.99/mo USD
@@willsimpsonphoto the free mobile version of lightroom has many of the same features except masking. Its what i'm using for now as i'm starting to get better and be more accustomed to more granular edits. Paid version is not worth it for me (yet)
@@willsimpsonphoto Thank you so much for answering! I will look into what you said. Maybe there's a way. I wish I could pick your brain every once in a while, but I'm probably not the only one thinking that. Congratulation with your marriage and soon to be child 👍
@@marckristensen946 thank you :) I have tons of videos on Lightroom so maybe one can answer. But if you go to your account, you should be able to find Lightroom Classic and download it if it’s included.
Just this one video made me subscribe and taken me to your website course link. Absolutely worth to watch. Will follow your videos and I will surely check other videos. Amazing, but felt video explanation was little fast. Keep posting informative videos like this..! and hope you will reach 100K subscribers soon.
Good luck to all those affected by Helene's fury. I live in Australia so a bit difficult to pop over and help out (would if I could). Sadly (or not) I don't use Lightroom at all, I only use Photoshop (since 1992). that's life.
