Interesting that you find the image quality better than the 6K pro. For me, the Blackmagic image is on par with RED and Arri (which I've shot) and the FX6 still has the video-esque picture. That and the archaic menu system of the Sony are the main things holding me back from switching. Would also love the FX6 to have at leeeast 4.6K full-sensor so there's still 4K after minor crops.
True! I had the P6KPro before, but I switched because I work for broadcast television and they use Sony's. But I really miss the image quality coming from the Blackmagic. It's like a mini Arri (I used almost every cameras out there and I'm really blown away by the P6KPro, not so much when we talk about the Sony's).
Fx6 is more versatile and I almost always choose that or my FX3 before I even consider using my black magic. And I love the black magic image more than the Sony. But the form factor and it’s lack of convenient tools like AF and IBIS make it hard to use for most jobs that are run and gun.
