I have bought a fair bit of Trevor's kit and I have no regrets what so ever. Many a day and night I have spent relishing the experience of cooking by the fire and then relaxing in front of TJM's beautifully manufactured equipment. Dave may be right when he says he could be "bias" in his comments, but you simply will not find better quality and lasting equipment.

Holy smokes! I ruck weekly with my FILBE, but I have it loaded to no more than 30 pounds (13.6 kg). I ruck up to 10 miles (16 km). I've done a few modifications that I purchased from OV Innovations to make the pack better. In a short time I'll have upgraded the DEI frame to a Mystery Ranch NICE frame.

I don’t see the point of this jerben bag if you are going walking or / and camping . Why would you need it ? A bog standard poncho would do the job with your usual layering beneath.
