More likely the high speed switch in the throttle pedal is faulty or loose. The entire throttle assembly is $34 on ebay and is an easy swap.

I have the John deere ground loader 12v. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot the issue. I replaced the battery but still not working. It will work for a minute then give out. Any advice would be appreciated
