@@DebsDollRoom Thank you! That’s so kind of you to say. 😊 Yes, I wrote the story and did the transformation. I started with the general theme and decided on the beginning, middle, and end. After that, I wrote a rough draft, and had someone read it to check the flow, and made necessary changes. It was really fun to write and create her new look. Do you enjoy storytelling or writing as well? 😊✨
@@BeyondTheDollRoom I write commentary/essays. I have had a few things published in our local paper. But I have only written one short story. Creating characters and stories to go with them, fascinates me. It just isn't one of my gifts. I thought this was just wonderful !!

It’s wonderful that you’ve had them published in your local newspaper; that must have been amazing to see your work in print. Yes, creating characters can be challenging. I have a wild imagination, but I struggle with grammar, spelling and punctuation, so I often ask others to check my work. Brilliant video - loved the storytelling of her rebirth. The whole look of her at the end with her green eyebrows and matching hair along with her fabulous dress was very much giving woodland goddess vibes.

@@BeyondTheDollRoom Also, forgive my ignorance, are Sindy dolls a UK thing? Made by Hasbro? I did a quick search here in Canada and found some but they are $$$ expensive. I had never heard of them before following a few channels like your fabulous channel. 💜

Yes they are originally made in the UK but in the late 70s the Marx Toys company did distribute some in the US and then again by Hasbro in the late 80s. Originally she’s by Pedigree modeled after The American Tammy Doll. I’ve seen people in the US & Canada find them in thrift stores so you might get lucky. She’s now back to being owned and sold by the British company Pedigree 😊✨ I hope this helps ? ✨

Love your shirt! :) Poor Tiana has really been through it! :( She looks beautiful in the dress you made! The blonde doll looks great with eyelashes. Her top seems so complicated with the details you put into it and it looks like it fits perfectly. The Gym (?) Thank you 🙏🏻 I wanted something unique so I did a D.I.Y of a t-shirt I’ve done it with a few of my clothes, it’s fun & simple. Thank you 🙏🏻 I like working with felt it’s quite easy to manipulate. I really need to find a new part for my sewing machine and then I can make more outfits, much neater on a machine. I don’t know how some people can sew so flawlessly by hand. Although the practice doesn’t hurt.🙈 Overall I had fun making the outfits and video. Thank you for your lovely comment and for watching. ☺️✨

OK, Sweetie's hood is kind of hilarious 😆Her hair colors are super pretty! I love the clown head - did you paint it? 🤡The minis are cute but the rubber clothes are not the greatest. Yes it is funny 😆 you would think they’d make it big enough for her head. 🙈 No I didn’t paint it but that’s a fun idea for other doll heads 😄 I have however made a clown doll before though. The Decora Girlz are fun dolls, yes maybe that’s why they went with rubber outfits instead, they just tend to rip or crack over time. I really liked the colours of Sweetie's hair, even the clothes seem like decent quality. I feel that they are aiming for a younger market with these which I think is nice. Also it's great that the smaller dolls are not in blind boxes like they are in America. I think I prefer the smaller dolls, although it would have been better if they had come with fabric clothes rather than the rubber ones that they have. Mental health can suck, I hope you're doing okay. I actually dyed my hair green a few weeks back, so maybe subconsciously I knew that mental health month was coming!
Yes they all have really nice hair and the clothes are nice quality for the price. Yes you’re probably right about them being aimed more at small children which makes me think that they might not do so well but I’m hoping they last a little longer in the market. There bodies don’t really support their huge heads! 🤣 I didn’t know they were blind boxes in America 😮 I couldn’t be dealing with that 🙈 It would be nice to see fashion packs released of them too. Yes living with mental health issues can be difficult that’s why I wanted to do these hashtags and help spread awareness, the services we currently have aren’t working so well and more funding is needed by the government. Hopefully more people speak up when they can ☺️ that’s awesome, coloured hair is fun 🤩 I use to dye my hair all the time it’s a great way to express yourself and be creative ☺️ And your green hair is definitely perfect for the Mental Health Awareness Month. I am super interested in doll customizing and I LOVE how you're so in depth & explain this stuff so simply cause I MOST DEF need it lol I would LOVE a video like this but about dying the dolls skin/plastic. I'm planning on doing customs with unnatural skin color & I want to use a modern barbie but I'm scared cause I never really seen people do this on video before.
Thank you for your comment ☺️ I’m glad you found this helpful. I’ve dyed lots of different dolls in the past, Barbie’s can be difficult as they can be rubber and plastic and they dye differently. I can do a future video on it but unless the doll can be taken apart it won’t be as even as a doll that can be. Hopefully this helps. Thanks for watching. ☺️✨

Thank you 🙏🏻 😊 it is honestly quite easy to do. I have done more complex colours before like dying them multiple colours and not getting the dye to bleed into one another. She’s a lovely doll and I really like her with green hair 💚 Her shoes might have fallen off? I haven’t opened them all yet, I just looked into the box and remembered that one had cut hair so I got her out quickly for this video. It does not matter about her hair. I have bought a fashionista in a boot sale because she was wearing omgs clothes. I could see her hair has been cut. I did not really want her but I really like her face and I decided to keep her lol I know, no willpower. She really had a lot of hair cut. She has a bob but it's ok. I like her like that.

Yes car boot sales are amazing and great fun. I love them a bit too much. I will have to downsize a bit as a result! I also love charity shops. They are hit and miss but I find great things too. This year hasn't been a good start for boot sales. The 3 last ones have been cancelled every Sunday because of the bad weather.
I love Diva Starz. I collect them. I know many people don't like them but I do! They remind me of Blythe somehow. I think they are cool and kitsch. I have most of the fashion dolls and a few interactive ones. I also have 2 of the small ones too. I really would love to find more of the smaller ones thrifting but they are hard to find. Poor misunderstood Divas! I love you girls, you are cool!
