Horrible receptionist, I got really bad customer service i received during my current check in to Tango Shilin/Jiantan. I arrived the hotel at around 1.30pm and would like to do a check in even though the room is not ready yet. My stay for 13 Nov is at Tango Shilin and 14Nov is at Tango Jiantan. Here are the following experiences i got. 1. All the staff i noticed do not smile at any guests. 2.The lady who did the check in did not pass me the luggage tag. 3. I asked where is the recommended places to eat, she told me just walk down and i will see a hotpot restaurant, but after walking down for 500m, i still cannot find so i gave up and decided to eat something else, then i realised the hot pot restaurant is on the other street. She should tell me more specifically. 4. Around 2.45pm, i came back to the hotel and asked the staff if my room is ready, she replied no, i understood the check-in time is 4pm, so i told the staff that i will be sitting there, just let me know when the room is ready. 5. Finally at 3.40pm, i approached another staff named Wiwi chen, nicely i asked if my room is ready, she gave me a very fierce question asking where is your luggage tag?! I replied i did not get a luggage tag as the 1st lady who served me did not gave me. Then she asked again where is your luggage?! I said i gave to your colleague. Then she asked the correct question what is my booking name. Then she passed me the key and said the luggage is in your room with an attitude. I am so tired and cold, just want to get to the room. 6. The room is okay but has a bad smell. But could not be as bad as the horrible attitude customer service i had gotten from the staff. 7. I went down and took her name and said this 10days of my trip to Taiwan, i have stayed in Burgary hotel, even Galaxy inn and Doubleone hotel in Beitou. All the receptionists greeted me with a smile and very friendly and helpful. But you, Ms.wiwi being a staff of this classy hotel chain has given me a terrible and horrible attitude which i do not deserved at all! She just ignored me without a single apology, it was the other male senior receptionist maybe a manager who apologies to me.i told him straight, even if Tango hotel is so classy but NONE of the hotel staff smile at their guests, it the worst experience that any guests would not want to get. And worst under Booking.com, Tango Shilin/Jiantan are rated above 9. I frequent to Taiwan but i will never ever stay in Tango Branch again. And the Ms. WIWI CHEN just stood and the other side doing her own stuff and could not even bother to apolgise. 8. As im writing this complaint letter, the room really smell terrible. All the male staff can pass me is a bottle of Glade deodorizer. Worst hotel experiences that i ever got!
