@@directajith It depends on the individual surgeon, the hospital policy, etc, since failure in a rhinoplasty is usually subjective unless it can be objectified. For someone it may be a good nose, but for someone it may not be so good. So it is a subjective assessment of result. If you are unhappy with your result, you need to discuss it out with your surgeon first. Ofcourse, some concession can be offered.

If you have sonographically ruled out gynaecomastia (presence of gland), then probably it is just a fat collection in the chest. You can go in for an ultrasonic liposuction with or without Body Tite for skin tightening. The results last as long as you maintain your body weight with a good diet and exercise. Hi. Yes fat grafting can be done for tear troughs (under eye hollowness). In fact it is safer and more preferred than fillers by most plastic surgeons. Fat grafting is safer since we use a canula to inject it, unlike a needle which is used to inject fillers. Fillers can also be injected using canulas. Fat embolism leading to blindness can also occur just like how filler can embolise, but the chances are very miniscule, if done correctly by an experienced plastic surgeon.
