@0:06 I been doing that same diet for a year, except i switch the dinner to the breakfast and the lunch is dinner and no third meal. I make the oatmeal with Ensure instead of water.
@@katoxv011 that is very unfortunate. i had a bad provider but changing to fibre was one of the best purchases i made and it turned out to be cheaper just had a 2 month initial waiting period
