Definitely the real McCoy..... Too many people use the wrong hand on a front side lay-back and call it a lay back and all that came with the little wheel small deck popsicle garbage of the early '90s😂...
wish we had one of these. our version of this in socal are empty rainwater ditches. kinda fun to try and find them with google satellite but definitely trespassing and a long drive for me to get to them. theres some really awesome ones though, like MECCA in Las Vegas (a lot steeper however). This video made me buy this exact board, I'm based in UK. You mention it pumps pretty well and gets good forward momentum, this is my main goal, to pump and carve around. I'm having difficulty getting any kind of speed uphill whilst pumping, should I switch to a CX truck on this board or is it just my technique? Is this board pumpable enough to just cruise around?

Bonjour Shane Lai, est ce que ces trucks peuvent être bon pour pomper de l'avant (faire un point A vers un point B). Ils semblent super bien tourner pour les parc et les bowlsl mais j'utilise ma planche aussi, juste pour me déplacer. Je pose la question sans avoir à changer les bushings, seulement les réglages des trucks (puisqu'ils sont réglables) Merci!

Just got a wave and classic 2.0 Curfboard and these feel the easiest to turn and surf with of all systems I've tried (SpiceSkate Type X, X2 and S, Grasp Pado) Waiting for a Yow Meraki to compare but probably going to be using my Curfboards very heavily.
Frikkin genius! There is a velodrome in Melbourne along the Yarra near Glenferrie Road I always drop in on when I skate past, and gun a circuit or 3, but it seems obvious (NOW) it is perfect for a surf skate. Cyclists seem bemused but pretty chill once you touch base with them or make sure (after watching) you avoid their lines so they can stay in the zone. They always seem to get into passing must make them feel faster or make training more interactive to gun past. They always nod/wave bye seeming upset when I give up. I suppose even cyclists like sharing with someone that understands the grind and never-ending push. Can't believe I have never hit the velodrome up on a surf-skate
