1.If justice is not given to the Common man, what is the purpose of the statue of "Manu Needhi Cholan" in front of the HC building? What for the Statue of "Justice Goddess" tied the eyes with black ribbon & holding a simple balance in her hand ? 2.These two Symbol/Logo resembling proper justice should be removed forthwith from the premises of all the High Courts in the country. By doing so unnecessary wastage of Citizens' Tax Money towards maintenance of such logos could be avoided at least in future. 3.If not done as suggested above, the same are losing the sanctity of the Symbol/Logo due to such impertinent/vague judgement of the Madras-HC; which has disappointed many aggrieved parties, as the fake/illegally registered document deemed to be genuine.Besides the fraudsters who were all acquired through cheating/illegal/fake documents would be benefitted & such foolish judgements would be favourable to the fraudsters/cheaters in the country. 4.By such judgement, judges themselves are putting mud on their head & also on aggrieved parties who were affected by illegal/ fake registration of properties (Sale deed or Settlement Deed especially unconditional settlement deed). 5.Here, under this impertinent judgement of the Madras HC; the proverb Viz; "Law Makers became Law Breakers" may be remembered. 6.To maintain/ adopt proper justice & render the same to the aggrieved persons in the Court Chambers, the judges should think twice before issuing final judgement on any type of cases.If they are not in a position / unable to render proper justice, they should step down from the Court Hall after removing their cloak once for all as they would lose the weightage/sanctity of the said black cloak.!!!

1.Once the Sub-Registrar committed an error or approved some fake/fraudulent documents either by coercion or with collusion of some influenced persons, he/she (concerned Sub- Registrar of the Zone/District)only could rectify the same at his level, instead of dragging such irregular/fraudulent cases in the Court. 2.First of all the Sub-Registrar should make a remark in Red ink on such fraudulent/fake documents as "Null & Void " and declare as an invalid document in the office Hard copy and also suitable entry should be made in the Computer Software against the document number generated by the computer & intimation or compliance report should be given to the applicant/aggrieved party who applied & informed about the fraudulent/fake & illegal registration of documents. 3.Once such remarks are made in manual copy & on the computer, his/her successors would be alert & prevent further frauds by any third party on the property in question which was illegally registered against the provisions laid down in the Registration Act for the property/properties. 4.Instead of allowing the Sub-Registrar to rectify/to take remedial measures, HC of Madras unnecessarily snatched the power of the Sub-Registrar in nullifying the Act enacted by the TN Gov't; 5.Justice itself murdered as the sanctity of "Manu Needhi Cholan" also have been collapsed.Such impertinent judgement of the Madras-HC; disappointed many aggrieved parties.Besides, the HC's order would further induce such fraudsters in dealing with many more false/fake registration of properties in various ways & means. 6.The Advocates/Bar Council have feared over their income of legal fees on such illegal registration of property cases. By getting Waidha frequently they are dragging the cases & making the aggrieved parties to roam between the pillar & the post. Illegal earnings by the Advocates based on illegal registration deemed to be unforgivable sins for seven generations as concluded by Thiruvalluvar & the dangerous consequences would be faced by them during their life time before their death are also have been clearly explained in Kurals 114 & 116. 7.To support the Advocates, Judges of the Madras HC slanted on their side. Had the Judges used their brain, lakhs of cases could be minimised/ pending cases also could be reduced & aggrieved parties need not step into doorstep of High Courts in the country in future. 8.Based on the SC's order, TN-Gov't; had issued the guidelines to the Registrars/Sub-Registrars in 2018, which would be quite sufficient & there is no need of any special qualifications as alleged by the lawyers/advocates in the court against the case of TN-Gov't; in the Madras HC. 9.Because of such impertinent orders, some politicians like TN-BJP's H.Raja has not respected the "High Court" & used a vulgar word against the HC.Even the HC had not taken it seriously about his vulgarity. By keeping mum, such politicians are wagging their tails boldly & roaming in the city as if they are having power at the Centre. 10.In the future,the TN Gov't; may modify the recruitment Rules for the post of Registrar/ Sub-Registrar with minimum entry qualification of Bachelor of Law(BL)Degree of recognised University approved by the UGC; under the UGC Act -1956. 11.At least, a candidate with the minimum qualification of any Bachelor's degree with BGL (Bachelor of General Law) degree may be allowed to write an entrance exam for the post of Registrar/Sub-Registrar. 12.Besides, the TN-Gov't; should appeal in the SC to safe guard the properties of common men to supersede the impertinent order hastily issued by Madras HC; sans bothering about the aggrieved persons on account of cheating/ false/fake/fraudulent registration done through the Sub-Registrar in collusion with some third parties or within the relatives.!!!
