I remember watching it in the month of January 2024 of practicing silence for 15 days, it was working very well for first few days, I started to feel peaceful, but I just lost my consistency in maintaining silence and.. It got messed up. Now, I really feel like the king. So I am again here, and promise to do practice silence for next 30 days..!
