thank you, it pains me to admit that I hadn't cleaned mine in so long that I have forgotten about the lever inside the mag well, thanks for the reminder!
OMG, this video is awesome.. so easy to follow without the narcissistic chatter so many of these instructional videos have. I fast forwarded past the intro portion showing the gun off and saw all I needed to see in less than 4 minutes..
Glad to see that he closed the slid at the end rather than letting it slap forward which is bad for any 1911. I see the comment concerning Mr. Nelson, after reading what Nelson had stated, I hope is one who has to run to someone else for protection when something comes up. I can only assume that he is a coward who wants someone else protect him and his family if he has one.
It might be my internet, it might be the app.... I can't skip forward, but you held the pistol to long in the beginning and I'm in a bad mood. Thumbs down!!!
Did u make a video? Or u just a keyboard commando with Nothing to offer the world? Title "assemble & re assemble"... Don't like it, keep moving along! Don't make a pointless comment 🚶
great video!! I was born in La Estanzuela , mom is from San simon she is a Salceda, My abuelito is Nacho Salceda, vive todavia at the end of la manga in San Simon... My dad is Jorge Vega , son of Francisco Vega de La Estanzuela , love our hometown!! saludos desde Chicago!!Wouldn't be surprised if that is my abuelito drinking a cold one right where u said hello to a tia of yours, good video!!
Thats a badass gun but may i suggest you change the hammer on the pt 1911 the one you have on looks like shit not a good looking hammer put a skelotonized hammer
"Cock the hammer and push the slide rearward until the semi-circular tab on the back of the slide aligns with the semi-circular disassembly notch in the bottom of the slide." I had trouble figuring that part out. The video really helped! Thanks!
I take it that you dont own a pt1911 before, or a PT92 from taurus...I have put 1000rds on my PT92 in one day and not a single jam...I have put about 1000rds in my pt1911 over 5 months... also not a single jam. If you talking about ANY other taurus brand...i prolly agree with you.
Usually adding a comp improve on recoil 25-30% I have one it does not as good! Well when u do shoot measure groups log and share if u could. It looks good no doubt
Got it just for looks but I have not used it at the range. I don't know what the difference is when shooting with the compensator but I don't think it needs it. It shoots really smooth with the kick of a 9mm.
