I have a very an important and emergency doubt in Visio, could you please share me your mail or something to communicate. Please if you don't mind. Thank you.
Great plug-in, however could not download it after filling out the form on their website. Anyone has any updates if this plug-in is still active, website working, company not closed, etc.? Where to get this add-in? thanks!!
Well installed all utilities but the Intelligent Network Connector is nowhere to be found, neither Network Organiser works as described. Beware, it looks like some sort of scam!
I couldn't find it either! I finally did. In the email with subject "SMS Visio Utils: Subscription Confirmed - Download Details Included" there is a link "You can download the Network Connector.vss (Visio stencil) directly from our web site."
This is seriously amazing! I had no idea about the shape data option (and I have spent hours making diagrams). One question: in Packet Tracer, when you connect two routers, the connector shape is some sort of a red "zig-zag" cable. Do you know if there is a method to achieve this shape other than having to make it manually? Thanks in advance!
When I went to try this....The very first step failed. I held down the CTRL key, then left clicked on a PROCESS...and no LINK dropdown popped up. Do you have to have a certain kind of an object? I would have thought a Process object would act the same as the object type you used in your demo.
Can you document what shape data is required for this to work? Is there a supported or tested version of Visio? I couldn't get it to work using Visio 2013, but I had to guess at shape data: "Name," "ShapeTypeName," "Port_A_Equipment_Name," "Port_B_Equipment_Name," "Port_A_Name," and "Port_B_Name" was what I could get from the video. In Visio 2013 the context menu displayed when clicking on the right mouse button does not contain "show all ports" or "show ports."
