Of course a SUV has some advantages over a sedan, but the Benz has bloody STUDS in its tyres! For a low car and inferior tyres (in these conditions) the M3 did pretty well
How do you like those Alpin 5? I can't decide between Michelin X-Ice Snow and Michelin Alpin 5 for my 2024 X3M. I downsized from 21 OEM wheels and bought a set of OEM X5 wheels 20x9 to fit my winter tires.
Classic BMW. Their traction control system has always been terrible. Maybe it's not fair to have them compete with Tesla, which is pretty much the king of traction. Just watch a 1000hp Model S take off. It's insane. Bugatti performance on the 1/4 mile.
Vrsf seems okay but doesn't have mounting brackets which will put some stress on the connections and they won't have used as high quality cat cells compared to this or the Fabspeed offering. But a lot of people have the VRSF and are happy but I have seen sine complaints. The AA one is definitely better quality but obviously a lot more expensive! Hope that helps
The rs3 is a fwd based quattro hadlex system 60 front 40 rear... and not equal take a rs4 quattro with the same tyres for a true comparaison with the m3 x drive....
