altitude,,, annual rainfall, winter and summer temps is what people need to know most... does look nice though... much of the annual rainfall may come from Mexican hurricanes coming through...
yeh, like those Italian chateau's where they don't tell you the staff numbers you'll be needing or getting the groceries and your backside up those hills, or those Montana ranches, in winter.
