Wow !! Such very tempting delicious recipe of Ambazhanga and cut mango pickle .Healthy way of preparation of both pickle . I think now Ambazhanga season. My daughter's favorite is Ambazhanga .Very well prepared I cant help my mouth is watering, thanks dear for your sharing.

The blend of spices, including whole chilies, chili powder, turmeric, fenugreek powder, curry leaves, and garlic, is absolute perfection. And the fact that you 'fried' the mustard and fenugreek without oil is pure genius. The thick, well balanced masala coating makes the pickle tastier.
