@@TheRailwayDrone There were more issues with the sets a few months ago which led some to believe they’d get pushed again… but they don’t really seem to be a problem now. If anything it wouldn’t be like a big one year push again. Hopefully…
@@MrMarshmallow26 I find this all ridiculous. Alstom really screwed up on this, and our government is a failure for not upgrading the NEC while we were waiting for these trains. It has been 8 years since these trains were announced. While the pandemic was a factor, it is not a factor now. I find this whole thing to be an embarrassment for Alstom, Amtrak, and our country as a whole.
Reading & Northern has one they run and soon 2 when # 425 is overhauled, US Sugar in Florida has one too, CSX is softening towards steam with the restoration of C&O 2716 partnering with them, BNSF does not have a steam program like UP BUT they allowed famous engines to run on their lines including of course one of their own locos the famous 3751. Also CPKC has recently a Canadian Pacific steamer running.
Being honest, I think that you miss a chance of make a better video. You should started showing inside Terminal 8 and then later Jamaica station. Looking the entire video on train trucks in inhumane.
@@JBS319 on the website it says that bus change is needed. We have to change and use bus and train ? Is that what you did ? In the video there is no change.
On my last Japan trip we had a Green car JR Pass and so we rode the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Osaka in Green Car. It was kind of funny seeing all the business men look at us tourists walk in with giant Pokemon plushies in hand only to get off 15 min later.
@@kushfalcon I’ve never found the Green Car pass to be worth the higher price, especially since I’ve often ended up on trains without green cars (see every long local train I filmed on this trip plus the sleeper train)
The number of your channel, 319, belongs to a 2011 New Flyer C40LF bus assigned to West Farms Depot. Unfortunately you don’t do bus videos but if you did, 319 would’ve been cool to see on your channel.

Zurich, Lucerne, and Interlaken route is beautiful day trip for us in this September. We will stay in Zurich. Also like to take Bernina Ex to Tirano and then Milan.
Just trying to figure out how to get away from that crazy smelly person on these open gangway trains. Many times I've jumped from one car to the next because of a crazy.
Why is the bus going so slow driving on the highway now the bus not picking up speed traffic to 50 mile per hour speed limit and going on 20 mile speed limit.
Did you know?....Tracks on both the upper (NEC) and lower (Bergen/Main) levels are connected via the Morris Line between the interlockings of WEST END and HUDSON!
I am a Upstate New Yorker and love the Hudson River valley area and North. You did a good job on this video. I am now on the Cal central coast Lol. But very partial to my homeland.
That schedule runs year round now. It's not called the "Cannonball" except in summer, and it doesn't have Hamptons Reserve, but it leaves Penn Station and runs nonstop to Westhampton year round.
The people of the Secaucus train station area are who are supposed to rent space the mayor is supposed to hang around with with the distributor and license people an say I know how to get the licenses 5:42
In Chapter 33 of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, it states that: "No person shall drive any vehicle through, around, or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad crossing while the gate or barrier is closed."
